I went to have breakfast and a waitress by the name of Vanessa attended me and my sisters. Vanessa has excellent work ethics skills. She's very sharp, attentive to people's needs. Great service. Excellent employee. Hope to see her there all the time. Thank you for great service.

Very long wait for food . Hostess was overburdened with work due to lack of staff and she didn't hide it . Orders were incomplete and by the time the remaining food came the former was cold .It was Easter weekend so hopefully it doesn't happen often .
Took forever to get the food and the food is very disappointing at this I hop. We were all over texas and oklahoma by ihops but this one in Miami is bad. They did not offer any good solutions for these bad dishes

I regret to inform you that my recent experience at IHOP was highly disappointing. The lack of customer service was astonishing; they did not greet us and we had to keep asking where the food was. You have one employee outside on the phone, one sitting down texting, the manager talking with 3 other people. Only one waiter refilling table items and cleaning.Not only that, but my order was completely wrong (eggs Benedict). To top it off, the state of the bathrooms was appalling, with filth and grime everywhere. Overall, I would not recommend this IHOP to anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience.
Great service, especially from this waitress named Sam. Fast, quick on the refills and always serves with a smile!
