We hired Inedit Gourmet for the second time. They were even better than we remembered! The food was delicious! Everything they served was a delicacy and well presented. We have a few guests with severe food allergies, and the servers knew to look out for them. The servers and staff were second to none…extremely professional, polite, orderly, and tending to each guest as if he/she was the only guest. They were spectacular! I will use them again and highly recommend them. All our guests were asking who the caterer was. Our event was for 70 people.

Ordered food for a small bridal shower and I was told the food would be ready and all I needed was to warm it up (key word- warm up). I was given instructions and when I first read them, I was alarmed by the amount of effort and told Maria it seemed like it was a lot of work. I was assured to not worry, that it was truly just easy and only needed to "warm up the food a little." The food that was delivered was FROZEN and it wasn't just "warming things up" but actually making it. It was an ABSOLUTE DISASTER- a horrible experience. There wasn't enough time to prepare anything (since I was assured all I needed was to warm it up) it was a lot of effort, from multiple people in the kitchen just to even get some of the food out. I would NEVER use them again. Be aware if you are... and I did requested staff, but she didn't have enough people because after I did, a bigger gig came up and I was kicked to the side. Do not recommend.

I recently hired Inedit for a corporate event and they were wonderful. This is a small, family-run company and the coordinator, Maria Ines was SUPER helpful. The servers themselves: Gladys, Argelia, Juan Pablo & Claudia were all super sweet, enthusiastic & helpful. The food was very good but the real star of the show was the Vekio charcuterie table. Beautifully done & decorated. We were very happy with their service and will absolutely hire again!

Apart from the amazing service as a catering team including staff, administration and of course the quality of the food, this is a great option for frozen food that you can have delivered to your door with the same quality of a gourmet restaurant! The Asado Negro, Chicken Inedit and Rack of Lamb are some of my family's favorites and of course nothing beats having some of their ors d'ouvres on hand for a gathering at home or simply to enjoy during the weekend! The best tequeños and meatballs ever! I would say they are life savers! Had them for our wedding and will be having them for many more family events!
