It had been over a year that I've come to eat at Ironside. My last review wasn't so positive. I was generally disappointed with the food.I'm happy to have gone back, I love eating out in the back courtyard. The service was friendly, the pizzas were all delicious. I was with several friends and we each had a different one, my favorite was CHE FAME.The only criticism I can make is they only sell one white and one red wine. Both are very mediocre wines and priced at $35.Overall, I was very pleased with my evening and the food.

An P. and I purchased tickets for The Little Mermaid Cocktail Experience. Imagine my surprise when the location was at Miami Ironside and I had no idea where that was. A quick GPS search, and well, I found it all right, completely godsmacked that I had passed by this neck of the woods and never put two and two together.Honestly I'm not really sure the entirety of what's in this area. It looks like Ironside Pizza and a few other businesses dedicated to selling skincare, art, and the like are around. Somewhat fancier than you'd expect given the neighborhood, but eh, I assume that's why they have an affordable PaybyPhone parking lot attached.Ultimately I went as this was a venue for an event, and well, they pulled it off swimmingly (pun intended). The Little Mermaid Cocktail Experience was fantabulous - that's fantastic and fabulous all rolled into one. Definitely recommend the experience and the venue. Everything was very clearly organized.

Went here with my best friend for a girls night out and had an amazing time! We went to the little mermaid for some cocktails and a show and it was definitely entertaining. I'm not going to lie it wasn't what I was expecting I was expecting the original tragic little mermaid tale but it was still an amazing show! They did an incredible job creating the ambience. The elevator pirate was my favorite!

Miami Ironside is a 100,000 square foot mixed use center in Miami's historic upper east side in the area known as Little River. It is located next to the Florida East Coast Railway. There is limited street parking and a pay lot.Created in 2003 from industrial warehouses by developer Ofer Mizrahi, Ironside contains design showrooms, beauty salons, shops, cafes, art studios, a wellness center, galleries, and event space. It is a place where artists, architects, fashionistas, interactive media and visual arts designers, and furniture and fixture suppliers can gather to make and sell their wares in the midst of a tropical garden punctuated with art pieces. Paths link the glass store fronts and there is outdoor dining in the central public plaza at Ironside Pizza and Italian Coffee Bar. The area between the buildings is stunning with plants and colorful eucalyptus trees that you only usually find in botanical gardens. During my visit on a Saturday afternoon most of the stores were closed but it was still fun to walk around and explore. Right now Ironside is the host of the The Little Mermaid Cocktail Experience, a live show with cocktail pairings. Ironside may not be as well known as say Wynwood but there is still a lot of cool art and culture happening here too like the large art piece in the courtyard made from a piece of the Berlin Wall. It is always fun to discover another facet of Miami.

A colleague of mine approached Miami Ironside to discuss the possibility of holding an art exhibition consisting of high-priced glass sculptures. After discussing several details, the representative from Miami Ironside decided to back out of negotiations as he did not "personally support" the art that was to be presented at his premises simply because the pieces consisted of some glass pipes (which were not to be used during the exhibition). I find this to be offensive to the art community and would not recommend this location to any of my artist colleagues. This discrimination against a certain form of art is not what the Miami art community stands for.
