The food here is absolutely delicious!! I’ve tried everything on the menu and they do not disappoint. Always fresh and great quality. The meat in the lomo salteado is so tender, the wings are crispy perfection, and the chaufa is *chef’s kiss*! By the way, try all the sauces!!! Plus, they treat you like family here. So attentive, service is just so great. Love this food truck! Highly recommend!!
This is a brand new food truck with an incredible chef, not an employee but the boss. He treats you like family. You can call ?, you can sit and wait, you can get it delivered. The problem is that once you eat here you will be hooked. See for yourself.

Excellent and delicious. Family business. Owners are super friendly. I tried the Lomo Saltado and it is one of the best I’ve had. Everything is fresh and made to order. Service is a 10 out of 10. I’ll be going back to try the rest of the menu. Great job guys.
