Atmosphere 8.5/10Pretty cool, dark atmosphere - great for a late night cocktail. Best spots are around the bar. A lot of tasteful design elements and details (animals and history). Jaguar Sun is an absolute gem. Their service staff was excellent start to finish - the drinks were top notch - and every bite of food was incredible. The balance of flavors is so masterful as to be difficult for to describe in words. The Agnolotti had these amazingly soft pillows of pasta, rich crab, and a sauce that had a perfect acidity and perfect level of spice to match. 10 / 10 will dine again
