Just left this place! The worst customer service.I am a regular customer at Aventura location, but stopped to get an egg sandwich (today was a last day of the new app user promotion) so my last day to get a sandwich.The app added the promotion, but last click for some reasons wasn't working. I reloaded again and again. 2 guys were working there, eating while talking to me, looking overly exhausted, and told me to "try tomorrow" may be it will work.Also, he said he can't just make it for me because the management would see that there is bread missing! ? Well, I hope the management can check cameras and see his careless behavior.

This place always has bad service if you order tea they give you coffee instead and the women are always being lazy. I ordered a matcha and it looked liked a baby sip cup just because she didn’t have enough matcha prepared for the order. This place is a disaster I live very close and i would rather drive 15 minutes to aventura.

Every time I get it delivered they ALWAYS forget something. It’s literally your job to get my order right. Is there a way to take away my tip? And get a freaking refund? IT LITERALLY SAYS 4 ON THE RECIPT. They do this every time. Joe and the juice do better.

Workers are so rude Ecspecially one girl, it took 5 minutes for them to even acknowledge us to order. Then the order proceeds to take 20 minutes with no one in the store and 10 workers behind the island. When we asked how long our order would take she was so rude. Not only did it take forever the order came out wrong. I'd spend your money else where like the place Treesome next door

First tried Joe and Juice on my weekend trip to New York City earlier this month! So I had to make my way to their location in Miami. I live in Tamarac and drove all the way there and it was totally worth it! The spicy tunacado was chefs kiss.. I also had their iced vanilla latte and the Powershake. Super yummy! The cafe was super cute inside and out and had plenty of seating. In all honesty I think the cashier could have been a little nicer while I was placing my order, however the young lady who passed me my drinks and food was super nice.

Place is beautiful and the concept is a winner , unfortunately it seems they either have new stuff or just need some proper training. I ordered one of their smoothies that had cacao , avocado , dates and banana … took them almost 20 min to make it although the girl at the counter said there was a wait to be fair . Not sure why since the place was almost empty but once I started drinking it the smoothie had some hard things that felt like Little pieces of rock , when asked to the girl at the counter she said it was the seed of the dates , so I obviously responded with a question mark “ you guys don’t pitted out “ she goes .. no , we have no time .. that blew my mind !! I hope this is a mistake from this location only

It’s the first time I come to this place and customer service it’s no good the person who attend me was Anastasia and I order a hot macha which I didn’t like very much it’s first time trying so I took it back to her and ask if I can get something else, when making me the shake she made a very disrespectful face gave it to me rude turned around and didn’t even give me a straw I had to ask another employee but will be the first and last time I will come to this place.
