I am a happy customer. Joseph's spelt bread was exactly what I was looking for - a truly whole grain bread that had a great nutty flavor. It arrived with instructions on how to store and serve. I had it warm with some butter to go along with soup. This bread was wonderfully stabilizing for my blood sugar - giving me sustained energy for hours without being overly filling. I will be ordering more of it.
I live in Los Angeles, but because I’ve never eaten ancient grain breads that are even close to the deliciousness of Joseph’s, I regularly order from the bakery. I order in bulk and freeze. Can’t recommend it enough.

I saw an ad on You Tube, and was curious about the organic bread. I ordered it to do a healthy fast for Lent. To my surprise I did not suffer my usual sour stomach from not eating. The bread was delicious, and filling. There's no going back now! I feel so much better after eating your bread. I also love your pita! Thank you so much.
