Night shift manager on March 28 does not sell to people on bicycles through the self-service even knowing that the restaurant is closed and only through self-service can we buy their food I had to go get my car 3 kilometers away and be able to buy thanks for the exercise but for customers who do not have a car available

Staff is rude. They call out the order number in Spanish. My order was taken by some other customer that didn't understand the order number in Spanish. Therefore he took my order. When I showed the staff the receipt and that I'm still waiting for my order she gave me a dirty look did not say anything took the receipt and took another 10 minutes to make my order.

I WENT HERE YESTERDAY NIGHT 10pm DRIVE THROUGH ORDERED A FAMILY MEAL !MY HUSBAND AND I HAVE BEEN SICK MY STOMACH IS IN SO MUCH PAIN AND THANKS TO THIS KFC IM STUCK FEELING BAD ON CHRISTMAS EVE NEVER AGAIN DONT EAT HERE!!!! Dulce was very kind and understanding employee, as she took my order she let me know that they had run out French fries, she apologized and quickly offered other side options. The food was hot and fresh. But I was blown away by the service. Thank you for having such kind employees.
