On 09/01/23 my daughter made an order to be picked up at 5:15 p,m. I got there at 5:10 p.m. .When I got there everyone were talking and playing around. Finally a lady asked what I wanted and I told her that I was picking up an order under Marisa's name. She informed that there were no orders made that probably the person forgot about it. I explain again the it was made and was supposed to be ready by 5:15 p. m. .All this conversation was made while they were kidding around between themselves. About 5 minutes later a young man asked me if he could be of help. I explain to him that the lady had aske me and that I was still expecting and answer about my order. All this time ALL the ladies that were there all thy did was laugh and talk among themselves.Except this young man, everyone else were very UMPROFESSIONAL, ignoring the costumer. Playing around.As I exit the store, there was a red car blocking my car. The owner I believe also works there. He drives a RED CAR. and was talking with someone driving a white large van with North Carolina's plate. He became irritable when I had to blow the horn twice in order to leave the parking area.. There were PLENTY of parking for him to park. The way I was treated, I don't think I would be going to that store again. Besides being a costumer, I am a senior citizen. NO RESPECT OR EDUCATION BETWEEN THEMSELVES OR THE COSTUMER.

We went through the drive thru and ordered the new chicken wraps. When I got home both wraps had the chicken tender, spicy mayo (as asked) and the tortilla. Nothing more. It's supposed to have pickles and a slaw! Terrible.

Be sure to check your order before you leave the drive thru. They don't give you what you order. It has happened a couple of times to me already. Lesson learned.

What it happening with KFC? Chicken ? is old as he'll, fried with " burnt oil, breading falls of chicken. I can tell when food is not properly made or cook, " who are they trying to fool? PEOPLE CHECK YOUR FOOD before leaving the place, GET YOUR MONEYS WORTH...
