I got down thinking the order would come out correct rather than going via drive thru … well got home and my tenders magically turned into fried chicken pieces not tenders… the service was horrible, obviously short staffed … the sides were also wrong will not go back to this location

Drive thru was quick, order came out fast and correct. Was not missing anything like the surrounding fast food establishments. Was greeted and served by Nelly, sweet young lady showed leadership and organization that far exceeds her age. She gives this little place some hope that good workers still exist.

Got home with wrong order didnt include the gravy, got gipped bg the biscuits we ordered 6 and they gave us 4. Ordered 12 chicken tenders they gave us 10. Apparently they cant count. Service sucks! Also, tried calling and no answer to resolve this.

Worst worst worst location ever. Avoid this place. The staff here are a bunch of lazy teenagers trying to get a quick buck. The last 10 times I've gone and asked for a mango freeze they always say they don't have any. On my last visit 2/10/23 at around 8:35 The girl that was working the drive thru seemed beyond depressed and looked as if someone had taken away her teddy bear. No hello or thank you or anything. Didn't get a receipt for my meal either. Managers need to step in because the reviews don't lie. I understand how fast food works but this is just rude food service with minimal effort.

The Mexican pizza came back and it sucked. Nothing like what it used to be. Beans tasted expired and greasy and their KFC fries have no texture and taste like under seasoned overcooked potato skins.

This is a taco bell/kfc. That's pretty convenient when you want something from both places. I did drive through, the person got my order correct. The food was hot, overall good service and food.Parking: It has a parking lot

The good: The place is clean, well lit and comfortable.The bad: Slow service, confusing menu, posted on 2 walls, cashier not helpful.The ugly: The chicken was cooked in old oil, saturated and leaving a bitter taste in your throat.I love KFC, period! This was the worst chicken I ever bought from KFC. I bought the 16 piece bucket meal to go. I didn't discover this until I went home. I am not sure if they cook the fries in the same oil, but, they were also saturated in oil. I started eating the chicken and it was too saturated in old oil to the point that it left a bitter taste in my throat. Very, very disappointing! I will be returning the chicken to them. This shouldn't have happened. The quality control does not exist there obviously! If the staff had the appropriate knowledge and experience, they would have never served this chicken. Talking about knowledge, this is funny, I tried to order a side of bisquets. I requested 8. I was told by the cashier that they don't sell it 8, they only sell 2, 4 or 12... I said what about 2 orders of 4?...Does this fall under the employee training category?I most likely will give this place another chance, I will be inspecting the chicken before I leave... Unfortunately, that is my nearest KFC, about 5 miles from home... I should drive another 2 miles, for the next nearest, but, I will give it one more chance.Parking: There is a tight parking lot in front.However, the main entrance is through the drive thru path...
