I just came with my wife from this KFC on 37 Avenue and the service was terrible. The brunette Cuban girl who works is very rude, she addressed us completely out of context and making unprofessional gestures. The food is good but only For this reason I neither recommend it nor do we go anymore

I recently visited a KFC and had an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile from the manager, who took a genuine interest in making sure my visit was enjoyable. The restaurant was spotlessly clean, which added an extra touch of comfort and tranquility to my experience. Customer service was outstanding; The manager made sure that every detail was taken care of, from the freshness of the food to the promptness of the service. Without a doubt, this experience at KFC was a real pleasure, and I hope to return soon.

The service was a little slow, but in general, good service, good food. Quiet place, plenty of parking. Although now the place suffers from a neighboring construction ? that affects the entry and exit of the business.Vegetarian options: They have very good coleslaw ?Corn shelling.Dietary restrictions: In general it is fried and palisaded food.Not very healthy, but we all know what we are going for.Parking: Easy to park, there is enough space for all customers. There is also the drivethru service, which speeds up the process.Kid-friendliness: Yes, enough tables, adequate space for children, clean, relatively large place.Wheelchair accessibility: People with disabilities although I don't remember exactly if there was a ramp for wheelchairs.

Food was over cooked. Manager was so loud and unprofessional. Uber literally just asked for receipt of the order. She responded so nasty like " We don't have another, one for the bad one for us " And he snatched the food. Which honestly I would've too if she spoke to me the way he did to him. Then she proceeded to start yelling and feeling disrespected!!All this in Spanish thoughOh who do you think you are get out of here look at this guy who the hall does he think he is snatching out of my hand. Any time he come In I'm never attending him.But YELLING straight yelling. And the mama was already out of the restaurant before she even started her stupid rant. And people are eating man. Like what kind of manager are you. The man did nothing wrong honestly. Her nasty attitude deserved more honestly.Please find another kfc to eat at. They don't deserve our money. Honestly disappointed.

When walking in you'll immediately see two Kiosks which are meant for you to use immediately which I understood after I left. I only had cash on hand so I went to the counter. I was standing there for about 5 minutes before anyone noticed I was there. A worker was in the corner bent over messing with her shoes the entire time. I was only noticed when the Drive-thru cashier finally looked in my direction. When I was being assisted the cashier had quite the face on them. Maybe due to them having a bad or long day at work. Now, I'm polite to anyone due to my occupation so it gets noticed quickly when I give verbal pleasantries and it goes ignored or received with a twisted face. Luckily for them, I was in a rush to grab something to eat before work or I would have left when I was ignored for 5 minutes. Again my pleasantries went ignored as I left with my food. Also, it seems they expect one to eat the mashed potatoes with their hands and clean up using the brown paper bag the food comes in as no utensils or napkins were provided in the bag. I will not be spending money at this KFC again.

Waited 20 minutes and when I addressed the issue the service attendant was rude.. and to top it off the chicken was not as good as it used to be. Will not be returning to this location for a while if ever. Just not worth the time and hassle.

Upon arrival that the restaurant was closed. Only drive thru ordens. Fine, but my car was parked a few miles miles away, so I just lined up pedestrian style in the drive thru. People smiled and nodded, but when I came to the microfone they told me: "sir, you have to have a car to order." That blew my mind. I asked them smiling, Come on. No, they said. No car, no chicken.

I've definitely had better KFC before. The chicken was okay but the sandwich I got literally gave me a mild case of food poisoning. I really don't know if I'll ever return to this location in the future.

Ordered Uber eats, and my order was completely wrong. Was missing items. and the store. phone never works.

I ordered through the drive thru. And it was hard to place the order because the attendant kept repeating the order back incorrectly. I had to redictate the order consistently. Once we pulled to the side of the building with the windows, the attendant waved the car to stop prior to the window pane. We did as directed and after 5 mins we were instructed to proceed to the window. We found it odd l, but I speculate that it was to not run the turn around timer. Once we got to the window the attendant swiped the card and handed the card back with no receipt. When I checked my order to see if it was correct it was missing fries. I looked for a receipt in the bag to check what was placed on the order and there was no receipt. I had to then park the vehicle and go inside the store. I smiled at three employees for attention and no one greeted me. Finally, someone asked with an annoyed tone "can I help you?" And I said yes, I was missing an item from my drive-thru order and would also like a refund. The cashier shouted across the establishment in Spanish to the window attendant to help me. The window attendant came over and I explained that I was missing fries and had no receipt to check what was ordered. She said she'd give me two fries and left with my bagged food. Then she called the manager. The manager came out around the counter into the lobby and asked if I needed help. To which I responded that the drive-thru person was already helping me. The manager then proceeded to ask the drive-thru attendant why she called her? And the drive-thru person said to help me. She then said I requested two fries (which is what she offered, not what I requested) and a refund. The manager then came to ask me for a receipt and I explained she didn't give me one. To which a drive-thru attendant stated to her manager that "I swear I gave her one." The manager then printed the receipt and told me that my order didn't have fries. I had to reexplain AGAIN that I ordered fries with my meal. The manager then proceeded to come back to face me and questioned me, asking why she would give me a refund and the food. And I pointed to the sign on the cashier that read: "if you don't receive a receipt, your meal is free." And she said "why would I give you a refund and a free meal." And then I had to proceed to read the sign out loud. "Your meal is free." I said I came in for the fries, but then I read the sign. She then proceeded to issue the refund with an attitude.

I wish I could leave -5 stars. My family was craving fried chicken and so I decided to stop at this location. From having to repeat myself several times on the order to then being told to wait before I pull to the window (cheating the timer since the food wasn't ready), to then not receiving a receipt. Then realizing my order was not what I ordered. To then going inside and being greeted by a rude manager, and the individual that got my order wrong. The kicker, store policy is, if you don't hand me a receipt my order is free, and a sign as bright as then sun stating it. To then having that same manager pretending like she did not understand. HORRIBLE LOCATION, AVOID AT ALL COST. Yes I will be reaching out to corporate.
