Sadly, maybe my worst restaurant experience, ever. I saw the lamb shank on the menu, sounded good so I took a seat at a table. The server took my order. 10 minutes later, after watching her playing endlessly on her phone, I got up, walked over and asked for a refill on my water. Another 10 minutes, she brought out the beans, rice and plantains (all cold), and said the lamb "would be two minutes." 30 minutes after I ordered, I ate the cold rice and beans. Food expensive, husband received his meal before me, when l enquired about my meal, I was told to see the server, when l asked the server he blamed the kitchen - the service is shocking, never been treated like that before. We were seated quickly, took a while to order. Husband ordered a small modelo beer. She brought him a large Stella in a souvenir glass, which we didn't want. Had a Cubano sandwich, not much meat for a $18. Sandwich. It was cold and the cheese wasn't even melted, the bun very bready not toasted or grilled.
