Amazing food! However, it’s very weird to respond to my “May I please split this check?” with “Ouchhh… you need to tell us you’re splitting when you walk in”.Very socially unaware response. The attitude is weird, considering this is a very normal thing to ask for (especially with 2 women dining together, why assume we would pay together? Why give attitude when you weren’t given any?)Don’t work in customer service if you can’t show basic respect ?

The food is all very bland and unimpressive. Expensive for the quality provided. The chrysanthemum tea is awful. Takes like reused old flowers in sewer water. And they automatically put 20% tip in the bill, and we were only a party of 2….

The place is old and needs remodeling but the food was excellent. They had delicious dim sum made to order with fresh ingredients. They are very busy and some dim sums are not made after 3 PM.

Had an absolutely delightful experience at this restaurant! Their commitment to authentic dim sum truly shines through in every dish. I highly recommend the beef tripe and shrimp rolls - both are must-haves for any visitor.

This is the worst Chinese food restaurant I have ever eaten at in over 30 years of my life. I had a stomach ache after eating mix stir-fried noodles ?

The food is fresh, authetic, and delicious. We have been there before and will continue to go because of this. There are few places where you can get this food in Miami. However, we were a group of 28 (twenty eight) and the entire time they made us feel as if we inconvenienced them because of our large family and orders of so many plates. Usually restaurants love our family with big orders and lots of business, but they did not. We had to continue to ask for everything, water, silverware, glasses, etc. The only time a server smiled was when our orders started slowing down and we were getting close to leaving. I guess it was part od the authetentic Chinese experience. Our family is of chinese culture so we getbit, we are just used to better service. Reminder, food is a 10.

Great Dim Sum, Great food. Authentic Cantonese food in Westchester. Feels like I'm back home in NYC Chinatown. Daisy is the best. .

I’d give this place all the stars! Been coming here with my family for more than 10 years. I can say without a doubt this place is part of my childhood. The food is amazing especially that it’s hard to find a good Chinese restaurant in Miami that won’t break the bank. All the workers here are super sweet and hard workers. If you haven’t paid Kon Chau a visit you are definitely missing out!!!

I went to lunch with friends. It turned out to be far from expectations. The service is unfriendly and unsatisfactory...some of the food is good and some is not good. But there was one thing that disappointed us, namely that we ordered 1 fried flour stick and we were given one that had been re-fried or reheated. And we know very well that if it is re-fried because the fried flour stick turns darker in color and becomes tough. Even if it's new, it looks brighter in color and soft and delicious. And even when we needed a drink we had to ask for it even though in other restaurants the visitors were treated like kings. So we won't want to go back there. If I may suggest further improvements to the service. Sorry in advance. Thank You

Food is pretty good but the service is very bad. Not welcoming at all and with a very bad attitude.
