Amazing local flavors with great technique. Really enjoyed the endives with almond miso and the cabbage with a green yeast sauce. Their wine selection was also on point. Started with some 00 bubbles. Chef Sebastian and the staff were nice and friendly

Krüs is absolutely lovely! The food, ambiance, and service are just amazing! Our server was so sweet and patient with us, an angel. Their menu is small but makes it so unique because the combinations and flavors are very fresh and different! We loved everything we ordered and can't wait to go back when their menu changes!

I wasn’t expecting the food to be as good as it was. Not too many vegan options on the menu however, they changed a few things up and made me two amazing mushroom tacos. Didn’t disappoint. I would go back.

I had brunch here before which was good, hence the stars I included. I enjoyed the crab rice and brunch sandwich options. But it lacked when I visited recently for dinner. I went upstairs where the restaurant appeared to be. I was then told to go downstairs to the tall host, Josh (also owner?). I did, and made eye contact twice with him and signaled I was waiting for him, as he was rushing around setting up tables. After forcing myself onto him to tell him I did not have a reservation and needed a table for two, instead of him greeting me and saying e.g. he’d be right with me, he had me wait like 8 minutes. I understood it was busy but they should have more than one employee to help with this then. My friend was waiting upstairs and finally came down because it was taking so long and she was confused where I went. Then, the dinner menu is pricey, which is fine. But we both ordered smoked squash ravioli which tasted to us both like pasta with sweet barbecue sauce. Small portion and not worth $32 each, plus then they kindly at a 20% tip..The atmosphere is also interesting. Small restaurant in a closed up space upstairs with a portion of the ceiling being glass.Nicer for lunch when there is sunshine and more reasonable prices.

This was our first time here, we had a reservation and they gave us a table for 2 randomly placed in front of the stairs and next to a sink… the food was ok not good enough for the price to be honest. The waiter kept pushing for us to order more items and we would’ve but if I am paying $40 for a pasta dish it better blow my mind and it did not so… very disappointing experience as a whole.

My boyfriend and I came here for our anniversary dinner. I honestly couldn’t recommend this spot more. The service and food were incredible. It’s in a cute atmosphere. Our server spent time with us explaining the menu and his favorite dishes. The food all came out with great presentation and even better flavor. Between the 2 of us, we got 4 dishes plus a dessert. I highly highly recommend the mushrooms - even if you don’t like mushrooms normally.

Perfect date spot. Atmosphere is cozy but sophisticated. Got three dishes which was enough for 2 people. Would have gotten 4 dishes if we were more hungry. 100+ total but worth it. Seafood and locally sourced are highlights of their menu. Wine options are great also.

love love love krus kitchen. The food is amazing, I love the dishes and certainly crave them. If you like elevated cuisine this place really is amazing. We ordered the sourdough, osyter mushrooms, scallops (the favorite of the night) crab rice and the fresh catch.Hands down my favorite meal so far in 2024!

Came here for date night with my boyfriend. We loved the ambiance, the tables were lowkey and lit with real candles. For food we started off with the burrata and smoked coconut rice. The burrata came with pickled melon which was a very pleasant surprise. It was delicious! The rice was great, 10/10 recommend. We then had the grilled salad and Tagliatelle. The grilled salad was a little salty but it's normal due to the sardines. The tagliatelle was good. The pasta definitely tastes fresh however, the oxtail seemed to be missing just a tad of salt. We drank Glatzer all night. It's a white wine from Austria. The service was amazing. Our waitress was the best and her attention to everything made the experience even better. 20% gratuity is added on the checks which she and the rest of the team completely deserved. Check this place out!

Recently went to Krus kitchen for brunch and this place did not disappoint! We tried the coconut rice with crab, the coveted french toast with pears (fantastic), and the perfect omelette (which was in fact, absolutely perfect).Note: the coconut rice was good, not great; we expected more flavor out of the chimichurri! However, the rice was cooked to such perfection that we would order it again.Parking: Make sure to reserve at least 10-15min for parking + walking to the location from where you park.

Had the absolute pleasure of having bruch at Krüs yesterday. Had heard great things so I was more than excited to try for myself. Krüs is located on the 2nd floor above Los Félix. As the hostess led us up the stairs, the space opened up into a sunlight-filed atrium and I audibly gasped when I saw how beautiful the space was. We were seated & immediately ordered a cocktail. First up was the Botánico. As delicious & refreshing as it was beautiful. We decided to order a few things off the menu to share: - Day's Catch Ceviche: Good flavour but the avocado cream it was tossed in threw me off a bit. Was not expecting it & prefer my ceviche "cleaner". - Smoked Coconut Rice: Trust me, you NEED to order this beautifully complex dish. - Farm Salad: Simple but truly one of the BEST salads I've ever had. - Grilled Oyster Mushrooms: Spectacular although I personally wasn't a huge fan of the soft egg on top. Could have done without that part. - Olive Oil Cake: WOW! Again, beautifully presented & so delicious. The cake was very similar in taste & texture to cornbread & the chantilly cream with frozen berries was fantastic. We also tried the other 2 cocktails of which (surprisingly) their take on the Old Fashion was my favorite. Loved every moment here from the serene ambiance to the incredible food & wonderful waiter, Irwin, Krüss is an experience not to be missed and i can't wait to return soon

Interesting place, the upstairs seating with a skyline is much nicer than the downstairs area. Delicious, old school fare with an innovative twist, great ingredients and presentation. I really enjoyed my agave Bellini. The wait staff is friendly and accommodating, the only minus is that the individual dishes come out too far apart of each other.
