This place has the worse system to order food. Who ever manage/owns this business is a complete idiot. Your cashier is who made your sandwich and also she is your waitress ...Yes, I am not kidding. Prepare food or fix a sandwich is an art. The owner imported from Perú the authentic 'panadería' but also imported Peruvian bureaucracy.

Don't waste your time coming here, especially if you want to dine in. I came in to get a croissant and waited for about 20 minutes until I was finally able to place an order with the waitress. Mind you, I was the only one in line when I arrived and was ignored when I came in. She glanced at me over the counter and then disappeared to the back not saying a word. When the waitress came out, she kept her gaze low and still didn't say anything. I then asked her if I can get some help and was ignored. I asked the second time to which she responded that she was busy helping another customer and would be with me soon. She wasn't nice at all. To the owner of the bakery: I'm not sure how many reviews about the awful customer service you need to read to make changes here. It really pushes people away and brings down the value of your business.

I had a butifarra. It was good. Not one of the best I’ve had, but good. But what really got me was how dirty the place is once I opened the door. Wet and dirty napkins all over the floor. Sorry tables. Garbage cans filled to the top and it was only noon. I was too afraid to even go into the bathroom after what the dining area looked.The service was horrible. The young lady taking our order talked down to us and rolled her eyes a few times. Even walked to the kitchen leaving me mid sentence while I was placing our order. Very rude !

UPDATE: The last few times I went there, the place was really dirty. The tables, and floor were disgusting, I had to clean my own table. It felt nasty eating there. They should do something about it asap, honestly I really hope the owner will take care of this dirtiness. The customer service is not the best, the girls that work there are always distracted and unprofessional. When I was making my order, the woman answered a phone call and put me "on hold" to take the phone call order, come on that was really disrespectful. Another last thing, I always order the chicken sandwich, but this time it was a tiny sandwich with way less chicken than normal. They gotta do something about it because people are going to stop going there starting with me. I will give this place one last chance because I've been going there for years already, but if this continues being this way, I will have to say goodbye.UPDATE: The last couple of times I went here, the place was really dirty. They have to do something about it because clients like that are going to start leaving, starting with me.
