The most phenomenal meal we've had in a very long time!!! Wowwww! From the service, to each dish, impeccable. We are highly recommending to all of our friends and family. We'll be back!

Everything to be expected from Joel Robuchon. Very excellently sized portions, was not over full after finishing the tasting menu, beautifully presented. I was under the impression the Chef's Counter was more of an open kitchen experience however it was more like awkward formal French service over an old sushi bar cooler. Mashed potatoes fell short and were on the verge of gummy. Service was excellent!

My wife and I were looking forward to this experience as it is the only two star Michelin Stars restaurant in Miami, but to be honest we were somehow disappointed. Having been to some other Michelin Star restaurants, they lack some very important details that some of the one star take very good care of. First one, there were several guests wearing caps and for those who want to spend a delightful evening in a luxurious dinner, having people with very informal attires such as t-shirts and caps, is not nice, we have been to restaurants not even close to being Michelin Star, and they request customers to remove their caps while in the restaurant, they definitely should be as rigorous in a two Michelin Stars restaurant. Second observation is the way the service is synchronized to make your experience wonderful, although waiters are extremely nice, the time in between courses took too long, definitely you don't want them to rush you, but a Michelin Star restaurant has impeccable synchronization and they don't have it here, maybe it is that there was no master chef in the kitchen the night we went, or at least we did not see him, but the crew seemed disorganized. The tasting menu was good, the “le crabe royal”, rissoto, gizzard and of course the original recipe of Joel Robuchon's mashed potato were some of our favorite ones; and the pastry they gave us to bring home was a very nice touch. Overall, good tasting menu, good decoration, good selection of wines and nice to see the kitchen from the counter; but considering the two Michelin Stars they need to care for the details that will make the experience truly extraordinary, so you feel that it is worth to spend such a significant amount of money and that the Michelin guide is not overrating them.

Wine and service were excellent. We have been a number of times and were underwhelmed with the new fall menu. The quality was consistent but some of the items seemed to have little interesting preparation and did not care for the menu options for the fall menu.

The food was gastronmical. Everything I expected and more. The service and the servers were excellent. The servers always on top of plate and water change. So worth the experience.

I will start with the good. Great service and attentive staff, ambiance is great and visual presentation of dishes was good as well. Now to not so good, only a few dishes were interesting, but for the most part rather boring and extremely overpriced for what you get. Nothing that will blow your mind or leave a lasting impression as far as creativity in culinary or visual art. It seems that over the years the food is not keeping up with times but rather gets less and less interesting. Not sure if I will be coming back, if I am it will be because of amazing staff.

I am reviewing this restaurant again, as I received a request to review it from Resy!! I think I loved the restaurant that I decided to give it another review since I don't see it posted on the Resy site. It was an excellent dining experience for us. We were welcomed by a very pleasant maître d', and were seated on the bar area as we heard this is the area to enjoy &to watch the food being prepared by the chef and staff, it was interesting to observe. The menu is great & everyone will definitely find out that is is one of the best dinning experiences in Miami, highly recommend it. The food is delicious, everything we had will probably choose to get again Yet the menu is tempting that next time will try other variations. Our server Christijan was efficient, professional & helpful with us choosing cocktails & food. It was a fun relaxing evening in a nicely decorated restaurant. The restaurant was busy but we were served without delay . Compliments to all the staff

This restaurant lives up to the buzz behind it. The food was absolutely devine. We opted for the Fall course menu and added the spaghetti with truffle dish as a 5th course. Presentation was perfection, flavor was on point and perfectly executed. The wine was delicious as were the desserts. The service was top notch. We will definitely be back.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. An easy one to recommend. L'Atelier boasts an exceptional menu. Each bite a perfect delight, it is easy to see how they are Miami's only two michelin star restaurant. Recommend the high seating experience, and a personal favorite was the "Eouf de Poule". Excellent ambiance and delightful service. Merci encore pour une excellente soirée de plats délicieux, à bientôt!

Food was rather bland, especially for a 2 star Michelin restaurant. Sat at the counter to watch the chefs work, but it seemed it was mostly for deserts or finishings as the kitchen was super quiet, I suppose to allow you to have conversation. My wife and I each got the 7 course meal, which truthfully was unremarkable. The bison veal was cooked perfectly but had no flavoring. My wife got pork loin as part of her selection. I tried this and we both thought it was "alright but not spectacular." The rest of the courses were cooked to perfection, but missed flavoring. The staff was amazing and the ambience is great for a date. However for the price the bill came out to, I definitely expected more flavor.

This was our first ever Michelin star dining experience, and it was absolutely incredible. The beef wellington that was new to their menu was the best thing I've ever consumed in my life. Will have to return in the future.

Después de conocer muchos restaurantes con estrellas Michelin este es pretencioso pero no llega al nivel de los mismos. Le falta la calidad de la mayoría de ellos en el ambiente, la atención esmerada y la comida. Sigan trabajando!!!
