My claim is for the owners of this pizzeria, so that they put more employees to work since yesterday, 04/14/2024, I ordered online at 6:55 pm and they delivered it to me at 8:06 pm, 3 o'clock The employees who were working were unable to cope alone, the people were protesting and the poor women alone were serving as quickly as they could, this is a complaint for the owners, pay better and hire more employees so that there is good service.

They are a fraud. I ordered an online order and after an hour of waiting, I called customer service and they told me that the order was not there and they canceled me and then that the money would be refunded in 12 days. VERY BAD SERVICE

Please do not come here for online pickup. We ordered our food on the app and received and email and text that our food was ready. When we arrived for pick up thier online ordering system was down and the majority of the online orders where lost. We could not retrieve our order from the online pick up cue. We had to wait an hour for our food. This is absolutely ridiculous! There were only two staff personnel working. Employees are upset and frustrated as are we. This is not fair to the employees and guests! Shame on Little Caesars for rolling out this new online ordering system and not having adequate staff or operating system to support such a heavy load of orders. Door Dashers please Beware!

Terrible place. This is the third time this place has disappointed me, they changed my pizza, then on the second occasion they gave my pizzas to someone else. Terrible place. The treatment has nothing to do with it, it's terrible, and I don't understand what role the manager plays there. This is a lack of respect for the customer, nobody does anything. I really don't understand what role bosses play here.
They are irresponsible and thieves, I have been waiting for a refund for 1 month, they do not answer the phone, no one shows their face, there is never a manager, I have visited 3 times to get my refund and no one does anything, they do not return
