Good place, cheap and simply charming.For the people who are complaining about the wait and blaming the workers without further ado. They should take into account that many fast food workers are paid a pittance, exploited and mistreated. So you should have a little empathy, if there is a problem try to solve it first instead of taking videos of people without their permission ^^

The biggest issue with this location is. I ordered the new cheese and herb crazy puffs. They gave me pepperoni because of religious reasons I could not eat. I tried to call. They did not pick up called again did not pick up.

Drove all the way there on my lunch break just to find out there’s no pizza I would have order online and wait God knows how long. A customer in front of me said this is the worst store he’s been to apparently it’s happened before

The worst experience in this store, the lady who was making the pizzas did not have gloves, the other two people were outside or I don't know where smoking and the counter was alone and there were several people waiting to be served. After 15 minutes we were served, a disaster that store.

I am so tired of how people get away with the bs in Miami saying they don't speak English when they do! Or "My English is not so good" Then learn it! I was born here and I speak both! Now on to the next part.. I asked on the phone to try to order ahead on a Friday night for a 90 year old. Guy pretended not to speak English. So in Spanish he understood me because he made the pizza half pepperoni and half cheese. I told him I would order when I got there. I had to add the T-Mobile Tuesday Crazy Combo to it. So they remade it. And they remade it wrong. The lady managing ~ heavyset half speaking mid 40s manager with black hair comes over and doesn't want to show me because she knows it's wrong. Ya I look then see it's all pepperoni. Never had an issue ordering half and half before ever at any other location. She remakes it. I didn't ask her to btw. I asked her if I could please have some parmesan cheese for the inconvenience. No! I have cameras! It's $2! Next time just.. There won't be a next time. And then she forgot my sauce for the Crazy Combo which I had to ask for repeatedly. On top of that I kept asking for a side of garlic butter and offering to pay for it! Never happened so I gave up just like I am this place. And that manager i described was yelling at me as I walked away out of the door. Ppl were staring and I never looked back. Absolute horrible experience!!! Btw the 90 year old is now asleep and never got her dinner. Hot or fresh at least.
