I guess I should of know better, this club is horrible , one of the security guys (a really young one) pushed me really hard and when I tried to defend myself he kicked me and my friends … for what ? For spending money in this overpriced tiny overcrowded place ? I’m literally feeling just sorry for myself for spending money and time in this non worthy place, the only good thing about this place is the pole dancers… please check on your staff, is 2023 violence on woman like that cost you money…

Love the ice cream the sweatiness is at perfect taste. What makes it even great experience is the exceptional service of the barista Ahmed was very friendly, pleasant, and suggested great flavors. We would definitely come back once in town.

Nice employee but this place is a dump. Nothing seems very functional, there are about 6 flavors available (tons more on the menu) and you can't even buy water. AC is set to like 82. Go somewhere else.

Staff was friendly enough but after we got our ice cream they the all (3 of them) took out their food and started eating. One had a big bag of potato chips. Anyway when the next is timers came in they didn’t was their hands, just put on the same gloves as before. Not enough vegan options as well but the ice cream was good. Oh and check out what was on the table next to us.

My favorite ice-cream shop to go to after getting dinner here in the area. The staff is always friendly and give great customer service. My favorite flavor is the Matcha, it always tastes good. Definitely will be back for more.

The good: They have color-changing spoons! It changes color from temperature so the cold ice cream gives it a blue appearance. It was my first time seeing such a thing. This place is located in the trendy and fashionable shopping district. The interior is very cute, colorful and trendy. They allowed one free topping! I chose gummy bears and liked how the bears weren't dry or hard and how it wasn't the typical Haribo gummy bears you normally see as a froyo shop option. Instead, they were much larger. I tried the guava flavor and thought it was pretty good. It wasn't too sweet and it didn't melt quickly. Both workers here greeted us and were very friendly and helpful. The bad They were low on all flavors. The price was around $7 for a single scoop. They didn't have too many interesting flavor options. The interesting: They have a pushcart outside too but it didn't look like it was in operation. The gelato is much chewier and stretchier than average. It had a gummy texture to it. I thought it was fun to chew but I think most would define this as a bad gelato with too much of that ingredient found in chewing gum. They have soft serve but only in vanilla and chocolate flavors.

I don't recommend this place. For an business located right in the middle of the design district I found them very cheap when it came to trying their ice cream. The guy working there claimed I couldn't try two flavors because they could one give one spoon per person. LOL. For the price I'm paying I expected way more of this place. Not to mention the pistachio and hazelnut flavors were way too sweet.

Finally - some decent soft serve in Miami! I am from the north east and I have always felt like there is a severe lack of soft serve places down here, so I was excited when I heard about this one. They also have hard ice cream, but they are known for the soft serve.I got the chocolate and vanilla twist soft serve on a cone with graham cracker crumble. It was good ice cream - nothing to write home about, but good! I would get it again, but I wouldn’t get the graham cracker dust because every time I took a bite it would all blow away ?.Overall, the place has a nice vibe and is a great treat if you’re walking around the design district!

They were pretty rude and dull with me, and seemed annoyed that I was asking about the vegan options. Why have options if you're not sure what they are or are annoyed when people ask? She said these are the options "i think"... I really hope what she gave me was actually vegan or else i'll be sick. The ice cream was also very pricey. I would recommend going somewhere else for ice cream, vegan or not.

horrible customer service. they did not seem sure of if the vegan options they offered me were actually vegan. they seemed annoyed that i was even asking about vegan options. very uninterested and rude. and then the mediocre tiny thing of icecream was 8 dollars. would not recommend at all.

Ice cream shop located in design district. Pretty good ice cream, a little pricey but it's quality ice cream so it's worth the extra bucks, finding good ice cream has become hard but madlab usually fulfills my craving for ice cream. I usually keep it simple and get the chocolate cone with sprinkles!!! If you're in the design district area recommend you stop by and get a scoop or 2!!!!
