Very disappointing. The hostesses were sitting at the hostess stand with their heads down. Our server never introduced herself and never even smiled. My daughter’s water came out and there was a metal washer at the bottom of the cup. We showed it to the server, she threw it away and gave us a new one. No apology, no affect at all. I had a great experience here. The food was great and the experience was great as well. However it is very expensive. Drink are not even included in your meal. Soda is $5 a piece and water $6. No free refills. Alcoholic drink were $16. Be prepared to spend 30 dollars to park as well. The main reason I dropped a star is the fact that my server told me they don’t get the tips via credit card. The servers are the only ones who should receive the tips. The food was yummy! We brought our 6 year old daughter here and she loved it! The experience was definitely nice and different! Melanie attended us & she was super sweet & attentive.
