The breakfast/ Am managers are extremely rude and disrespectful inconsiderate to customers and instruct employees to be rude to customers, so they tell them its ok and a few of the employees at night time are extremely disrespectful and have litereally insulted me and I they catch attitude when you ask for two extra ketchup or if you want to add a water cup at the second window

This place always disappoints, the same food, nothing new, and the service is very basic and cold. I prefer to buy from the Mac car so I don't see anyone.
