Automatic cashiers are not user friendly. Too complicated to put an order. Not everybody is tech savy, or has basic computer skills. There should be one person assisting when someone that is not used to cashiers gets stuck ordering.

Absolutely the slowest place to go. Thinking this place has Fast food is laughable. Drive thru is the slowest. The line gets backed up. They won't take orders from the outside lane. This is unacceptable. I have been here twice and the same thing with different people working. It's crazy. With that said it's McDonald's the food is hot. They do have coke products which other locations seem to always be out.

It's a toxic work environment, and me as a person who comes from a customer service background and always Try's to help the customer the best they can, They say "Don't talk to them for too long don't do this don't do that". It all falls upon unintelligent people who believe that time is money when in reality it might be however that does not apply when dealing with customers. I don't tolerate their behavior, the food is terrible they undercook it and it's given me food poisoning. I hated every waking moment working here, And now because i spoke up they kicked me out this job! THIS IS AMERICA A COUNTRY WHERE WE, OF ALL RACES SHARE THE RIGHTS TO FREE SPEECH. I WILL NOT BE SHUT DOWN BY THIS JOB! I hope you guys read this and understand this quite well because in the end of the day. We're all human and we should help one another, not mistreat one another like these unintelligent employees who treat their customers like shit.
