Excellent made-to-order sandwiches with clearly high quality ingredients and generous portions. The bread, especially the ciabatta, was exceptional. Well priced and of course set in a great little spot (citadel). Will be coming back...

China Max is quite possibly the only decent place to get any type of good Chinese food in pensacola.Mind you it's about a 20-30 minute drive just to get to the Mall so that should give you an idea on how much it's worth it.

I never write reviews but this place is 10/10. So cute, so fresh, and quick! The owner showed me my focaccia before he made my sandwich to be sure I approved - it was perfect! Warm turkey, not too salty, fresh fresh fresh mozzarella. I'm a happy camper. Thank you for an amazing sandwich!
