Waited 20 minutes in line because they were only accepting Zelle as payment for some reason, but decided not to let anyone know except when it was your turn to pay so it took everyone 5 minutes to pay. My fro yo was literally melted by the time I was able to pay.

This is my absolute favorite fro-yo spot in Miami! Menchie's rotates their ice cream menu often, so every time I go I get to try something new. I appreciate that they have a mix of topping options from your typical syrups and sprinkles to candy, cookies, fruit, popping boba, and my favorite: cheesecake bites!There is another Menchie's location on Miller Rd, but this one just can't be beat. Every time I've been here, the place is super clean, the ice cream and topping stations are well-stocked, and it's never terribly busy. As an added bonus, the shop is located in a big shopping center so parking is never an issue.

It was alright, not the best froyo I’ve tried. Then again I was more disappointed in my choice than anything else. I should have tried it before. Was not a big fan of the vanilla and chocolate swirl however would go back for the Oreo and dulce de leche swirl and to give another flavor another chance.
