Ordered a BLT ON WHITE TOAST, A CUBAN SANDWICH AND AN ORDER OF FRENCH FRIES. Was told one hour at 4:30pm. We didn't get the order till close to 7pm. Top it off wrong order!!! Delivery person came back to give us our order. BLT on hoagie roll. The WORST SANDWICH I'VE EVER HAD. DISGUSTING!!!!! JUST BACON ON A SUB. MY husband's Cuban sandwich was ok, not great. If you need food at a hotel worst mistake to order from them. We did call three times to see where our food was. Excuse??????

We ordered a med meat lovers pizza around midnight for delivery. Was told it would take about 40 minutes but took more than an hour and arrived only warm. The pizza was 23.99 and the bill came to 36.89 which didn't know til delivered. Then on credit card bill they charged $39.89. Criminals at best! Would not

Very poor pizza although edible when starved with options at 1am. Chicken ‘fillet’ burger tasted bad and condiments in the bun tasted funny. Did not end up eating it. And as usual with these types of joints, the fees on the menu do not reflect what u pay, so after delivery fees, taxes, and probably forced gratuity the final bill was us15 more. Not recommended

THE ABSOLUTE WORST PIZZA I’ve ever had in my life-to the point I left most of it even though I was hungry. We arrived late in Miami and wanted a delivery. The hotel gave us their leaflet. We figured we’d go for a Margherita as you can’t go wrong with that. I was wrong. It can go horribly wrong and it did. What we got was a hot mess of garlic (?!?) actual tomato slices (?!) cheese that looked like ricotta but ended up being a form of mozzarella which evidently curds instead of melts, and loads of random basil leaves. And all for $20 per small pizza!!Seriously, save yourselves and go hungry.

Called the store for a cheese steak sandwich with fries and tiramisu. Got a total of $28 with delivery fee and everything. Seemed a little expensive but ok. Delivery guy raises the price to $31 and asked for tip too. If you look at the menu it's only $20 so they definitely ripped me off. It's better to order from Uber eats for a lot less. Lesson learned watch out they might rip you off too

We ordered two pepperoni pizzas and a deluxe pizza. We ordered for delivery from a hotel because we saw a flyer slipped under the door, and later saw a warning at the lobby from the hotel’s front desk saying these companies had no permit. Pizza was alright, nothing sketchy, but hotel notice was worrying and the flyer did not have an address.
