I have had nothing Bundt cakes twice and each time was great. The first time I had the classic vanilla and the second time I had the chocolate chocolate chip. My favorite was the chocolate chocolate chip. I believe all the cakes have buttercream frosting. The location is very nice and the staff was very sweet. I'm an indecisive person and the lady attending me was very sweet and patient. The chocolate cake was for a birthday and they don't use frosting to write happy birthday. Instead they use a little flag with the wording you desire.

I showed the cashier my free coupon on my phone and she told me that I can pick whatever flavor I wanted. I chose the white chocolate raspberry and omg, that was heaven in my mouth. The cake was fluffy and moist. It was delicious. When I was leaving out the door the guy on the counter wished me Happy Birthday! Great customer service. Loved the friendly atmosphere.

It was my mom's bday and I couldn't figure out what to get her. I'm all the way in jacksonville and she's in Miami. It was too late to order her a customized cake for pick up or delivery and the ones who would were so ridiculously expensive. I remembered that I've always wanted to the cakes from Bundt cake so I went ahead and looked them up. To my surprise I was able to place my order online late at night for next day pick up - I sent an Uber and he delivered it to my mom in miami (last pic) She loved the cake! It was beautiful, perfectly packaged and delicious! The girls were also very nice and helped me out when I was getting the Uber to pick it up. Since the first one I was a hit. I ordered and picked up one for my friend's 50th bday. This time from the one in jacksonville. Same thing, needed a quick turnaround. They came through once again; in price, in quality and flavor. First two pics. My friend fell In love with the cake. Ranting and raving about how moist it was and how flavorful it was. I got the strawberry cream filling which is TO DIE FOR. The place was cute also when I went to pick it up here in Jax. Very nice and clean. I ended up betting myself a mini cake with the strawberry filling also.. I fully recommend.. You're welcome.

I have been ordering from this location for years for many different occasions.. all different flavors, from the littlest tini’s, lets, to the cakes.. and although this cake was the same great tasting classic vanilla, the shape was not.. noticed when I took out of the clear package.. the side is more of a straight line than a round side.. not sure what happened but maybe the bundt mold needs to be checked.. is the right amount of batter going in..and the drizzle looks odd.. not the appearance I was expecting and have received in the past..

I accidentally ordered the wrong flavor for an online pick up (carrot instead of chocolate chip) the lady at the front desk (Jessely) was super understanding and helpful with getting it updated within 10 minutes and even offering to take it to my car. Dear Mr.John The cake is really good, but the customer service is horrible, my daughter tried to get a cute cake for my birthday because, I wanted to the specific vanilla cake of this brand. And the first word was… we accepting only card, they don’t give the cute decoration in the top and they don’t explain if the decoration is as additional cost or something, nothing was explain, and when my daughter ask for the candles they only said (eso que está ahí es lo qué hay) OMG they definitely ruined my birthday celebration… the incident was Tuesday 12/13/ 2022 on Kendall drive store approximately 5:50 pm honestly for team need be training, I can help you with that for free…
