Nothing Bundt amazing service, amazing cakes, and amazingly clean atmosphere. I am always able to go quickly go in and out. The staff is always patient and friendly, even when I'm deciding between two flavors. New flavor for holidays that are always a must try. Reasonable prices so you can't argue there. You can eat a whole mini bundt in one sitting or try to split between a couple of days. The frosting is always on ping and the cakes are always moist and delicious.

Pero pongo una estrella por lo incómodo que es estar en el lugar retirando un pedido, la chica súper grosera, antipática y despectiva, creo que por el valor de la torta la atención debería ser buena..

The cakes are delicious! I tried carrot, chocolate and key lime, I highly recommend them.The only thing not so great for me was the service, specifically from Miss Emma, who has a very bad sense of education, as she doesn't even say good afternoon.

I am a long time customer of Nothing Bundt Cakes. I think they are the BEST cakes in town and the best I have ever had. No complaints about their quality. However, I went to the Doral store today, after trying to call them several times with no answer. When I arrived, "Lizette H," assisted me. I asked for a box of bundtinis. All of a sudden I saw five additional employees walk out of the back. I asked, why don't you answer the phone if you have so many employees? Her response was "We have been very busy." I explained that businesses thrive on customer service. She said, "Oh we have a lot of customers." I said, "but bad customer service will make you lose them." No one is up there forever. After exchanging a not so pleasant conversation, I told her that I was going to write a review on Yelp. I asked for her name and she went to the back. She did not give me her name, however, it was written on the receipt. I spoke with another employee, who is always very nice, and she said that they were just following the owner's order. This is all "Lizette H" had to say, instead of engaging in an argument with me. I expected a little more from Lizette, especially since she seemed like the most mature of the group. I don't enjoy writing bad reviews and I seldom do. However, I believe this incident deserved being mentioned.

This is the 1st time i visit this bakery, i have heard their cakes are delicious. Very cute, clean place.The only thing i was dissapointed with our server Emma, she looked miserable working there and did not smile once.
