This is one of the worst la fitness centers in the us. I've been a member since it opened and it is always a mess. The members do not rack their weights and the staff does nothing about it. Worst of all the general manager works out in his off time in the middle of all the weights on the ground and does nothing. The staff in turn works out on their own time and leaves their weights laying around on the ground as well. And then the staff sits around playing on their phones instead of picking up the place. No pride by the staff and it's a top down problem. It's no wonder the members do not pick up after themselves.

El parqueo es una mierda solo te da una hora gratis y si te pasas de esa hora tienes que pagar asta 8 dí³lares y si eso pasa diario al Mes gastaría más en parqueo que en el propio gym aparte pocas pesas y muy desordenado y sucio

This club is obviously in desperate need of a refurb. I have never visited such a grubby, tatty, dilapidated gym before. Im flabbergasted that there is carpet in the cardio area under the bikes, cross trainers etc.. that is just rank.... all that filthy sweat just being soaked in to the carpeting. The spin bikes are old, rusty, tatty, the sound system in the spin room was distorted and poor. As for the cleanliness, I actually witnessed the cleaner mopping the floors but

Smoothies are good (a bit sweet). Downside is that they start to set up shop at 8 am. They actually “open†for business at 8:15. If you start work at 8:30 do not count on that smoothie to be ready on time.

Worst customer service i ever had. The manager is mean. This deserves 0 stars and manager should be fired immediately. She is always texting, talking on the phone and having a rude attitude with customers. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
