Wow.......New location is EXCELLENT. Super clean and modern. Everything is very clean. Beautiful outdoor patio area for dining with umbrellas. Take out window: go inside across the restaurant towards patio area. Exit side door onto patio window for pick up is on the side.Service has been exceptional from this new staff. Food is served hot and fast. Menu is as good as always. New items popping up all the time. Always recommend the steak dinners.?
We had dinner in this outback on a Saturday and the restaurant was busy. The waiter was very nice but forgot to bring us the bread. Furthermore, he informed us very late that what we ordered was no longer available, so we had to order almost everything again. The meat was not grilled as ordered, as we wanted it to be medium-rare but it was more “well-done”. For such an expensive steak price you would expect better performance. Overall, it took an extremely long time until we got the food; we were in this restaurant for about 3 hours. We also had to wait a long time for our bill. The waiter apologized several times but they didn't give us a discount or anything else. Despite extremely long waiting times and dissatisfied food, we had to pay the full amount... Many other guests also complained and returned their orders. Our bill was also incorrect and had to be corrected several times. It was generally very difficult! Our waiter was the only one running around in the restaurant, everyone else was just standing around.

Don't be fooled by the reviewsAs soon as we arrived the waitress didn't know where she lived and the place was empty, then we ordered chicken and hamburgers all fried in garlic and onion butter.After 5 hours it still rises and falls from my stomach.I do not recommend it for people with delicate stomachs.Also because I've been shitting myself all day... I'm looking into starting a legal process against the restaurant and I promise I won't stop here...Dietary restrictions: I recommend it to those who suffer from constipation

The food here was 10/10. Actually I am surprised at how good the quality is with it being a chain. Chefs are doing a great job, one of the best steaks I’ve had in a while. Ordered sirloin with shrimp and sirloin with ribs. All the food was cooked and seasoned to perfection, sides were fresh and delicious. Service from all waiters was brilliant. A special thanks to Jose who was super hospitable and helpful. Will definitely be back!

I went there for my birthday dinner and it was my first time at the new location and the atmosphere was great. The waiter and staff were super nice. The restaurant was open with big windows. The steak and shrimp special was delicious. On top of all that I left my wallet there and didn't realize it until it was after closing time. I called first thing the next morning and my wallet was found and kept safe and sound. Thank you! Overall A+.

We went to eat there it's my favorite place to eat in Louisiana but I was vacation in Florida I was ignored never received my food or drinks. Waitress never came and checked on us. She just looked at us and kept walking by with a table with no food just bread and water for over and hour.
