If there was a minus zero, that would be the score. I ordered delivery at 6:23pm, after more than an hour I called to find out what was happening and the response was I'm sorry. How horrible, I feel like I don't live in the United States anymore. In short, you have to think before placing orders online
This horrible place to order!! Starting off, they take 30 minutes to answer the phone since you have to call more than 5 times for them to take your order!! You arrive at the place after the time they give you to pick up and there are all the employees including the delivery guys talking in a corner and your order is not ready yet!!! This is the worst Papa John's. DON'T GO THERE. The application said the pizza was ready for pick up at 5:10pm and when we got there it wasn't even in the oven. The store didn't say this at first and we ended up waiting 50 MINUTES for a pizza. The manager should look into hiring a more competent crew, because the two girls that were working there are completely incompetent.
