This place used to be good. I would stop by 3 times a week. For the past year- prices have increased, food quality has gone down, service is horrible. I actually had a staffer walk around the restaurant with my tacos in an open container, uncovered for all to look at while he was speaking- probably spit on the tacos. Please find someone else who is attentive and understands customer service.

Never ask for delivery...they ALWAYS make mistakes when packing the food. It's my third time ordering and it's definitely the last. This time they forgot my skis, I called the restaurant to tell them that they had forgotten it and DEREK blamed the delivery man. But I told him that the bag was closed and he told me “it had to have been him” when I repeated that the bag was closed and that it was their mistake when packing it.

Our visit to Pilos Tacos was nothing short of disappointing. Despite the anticipation of a delightful taco feast with my friends, our experience left much to be desired. The ambiance was lackluster, with dim lighting and a drab decor that failed to inspire any sense of excitement.To make matters worse, the tacos we ordered were a far cry from authentic Mexican cuisine. The meat was overcooked and lacked flavor, while the toppings seemed haphazardly thrown together. Even the tortillas tasted stale and reheated, leaving us questioning the freshness of the ingredients.Service was also a letdown, with long wait times and indifferent staff who seemed more preoccupied with their own conversations than attending to our needs. Our server was unresponsive and failed to address our concerns when we raised them, further adding to our frustration.Overall, our experience at Pilos Tacos was a letdown. From the lackluster ambiance to the subpar food and indifferent service, it's safe to say that we won't be returning anytime soon. If you're craving authentic tacos, I'd recommend looking elsewhere for a truly satisfying dining experience.
