I would like to personally commend the exceptional service provided by the outstanding ladies working the 9am overnight shift at this delightful Cuban bakery. Their dedication to delivering amazing food and impeccable service, regardless of the time I visit, has consistently made my experiences truly enjoyable. A heartfelt thanks to those ladies. This bakery is undeniably a haven of delicious treats and exceptional service.

Here’s an idea for you: if you sell a 7.99 sandwich for BOGO on Uber eats, don’t blame the customer for ordering it when you’re not able to fulfill the order. Additionally, don’t rudely hang up on the customer twice when trying to see what options you can change the order for now that the order has already been paid. Here in America, We have what’s called customer service, and professional courtesy, where you as the establishment take responsibility for making an error on your end - Instead of blaming me for getting the deal which you offered. To sum it up - If you make the mistake of not being able to fulfill a deal that you sold, The least you can do is make it up to the customer by offering a similar deal at the same price (Honestly, even if it’s a couple dollars extra that goes a long way). Don’t be cheap with your customers because they’re not gonna wanna come back. Here’s the story: I ordered Buy one get one sandwich for 799 Asked if they could replace it with a sandwich priced at 999. They said no, and hung up on me encouraging me to cancel the order instead of trying to help me. I called back and said I’m just trying to get the order completed. Can you Honor the Bogo deal with a sandwich of the same exact price - After about 10 minutes of deliberation, they said yes. Then I asked if they would still be able to honor the two pastelitos that I ordered - They said they were out. The moment I asked if they could replace it with a tequeño instead of a guayava pastelito They hung up on me again. Finally, they ended up honoring the deal and the food was absolutely delicious. The problem is the customer service was absolutely terrible. You shouldn’t have to argue to get what you paid for. You also should not be gaslighted into thinking that it’s your fault that you ordered something that they sell online. I’m not upset at the workers. They said this came directly from the manager. so my recommendation to the manager is stop being so damn cheap and if you’re not able to honor a discount, give the customer, some grace and Let them order something similar, even if it’s A couple dollars more expensive.

I ordered an order of 25 croquettes and they were all hollow inside. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied.

I ordered a cake and 48 hours before I wanted to cancel it and they told me no, it was a special cake. It turns out that when I looked for it, it wasn't anything I had ordered. I told them pink and they made it purple. Congratulations, they put it on the table instead. about the cake and the flavor we are not talking about super badVery bad experience

Very bad experience, they serve people who arrive after me and I had to leave because part of my order was not there for them. They served acquaintances or friendsI ordered croquettes from theHome and I specified that they were hot and not cold at all and the empanadas were full of fat, a disaster. I left and I did not receive the missing toast.

Betty, and Milca are the best employees of the Pinecrest Bakery of 67ave and 40 st.They are awesome at what they do. They greet you with a smile, get you what you need and get you out in a flash.I've been coming to this location for a long time and the business has increased dramatically. I believe that is because of these two great employees. When I come and they are not here the experience is not the same! Please reward these employees with excellent pay so that they never leave.Thank you!

This wld’ve been a 5 star review all around except that there was a major error in the food I ordered. I ordered “bocaditos franceses”, which, as confirmed with the website where you can place the order (I opted to call the bakery directly instead to place the order) are supposed to be made of ham, cheese, pickle, strawberry jelly, and capped with cream cheese, which I confirmed with the nice lady that took my order by phone and also was the one that took care of me when I picked them up (Milena?). When I got home (I live far, in Kendall), they turned out to be layered Elena Ruz bocaditos on white bread, not the Franceses I was expecting. The beautiful layering and presentation were spot on, however, they had no pickle inside, and the top layer of cream cheese turned out to taste more like cake merengue or frosting (sweet instead of salty), than of cream cheese, like they’re supposed to be. I wld’ve overlooked all that, but the worst part was that they had in them smoked turkey instead of ham. I picked up on the taste right away and when I took them apart, sure enough, turkey instead of ham. They did have the strawberry jelly and the cheese, which helped disguise the turkey taste that I’m not fond of. Since this was for a birthday party and the guests were already arriving, plus I live far, I didn’t take them back, but I was very disappointed. That was supposed to be the food highlight of the party. They weren’t bad, just ok. Otherwise, great, friendly service, reasonable prices, clean place, and loved their guava pastelitos.

Just came here and the woman at the counter was extremely rude. I asked her if they had an outlet so I could sit and use my laptop and she said with a very bad attitude “I don’t understand what your saying, cash or card” she didn’t even try to understand me because I was speaking English. If you want to be mistreated for being a person of color then by all means, come here. They only care about you if you are Cuban

Wonderful people, wonderful service. Only complaint is they pretty much always get my order wrong. I get a pan con tortilla and I say “no onions” they tell me the pan con tortilla doesn’t bring onions, so I go and open my pan con tortilla and guess what… it has ONIONS. I hate this.
