Absolutely disgusted with the birthday cake I received! The frosting was far too thick and overpowering, making it difficult to even taste the cake beneath. Speaking of which, the cake itself was a disaster - it was too soggy and the texture was like eating a wet sponge. I was expecting a moist and fluffy cake, not a waterlogged mess. The worst part? The cake didn't even hold itself together - it crumbled and fell apart the moment I tried to cut it. What a disappointment for my special day. Would not recommend this bakery to anyone!Horrible staff and service. Please hire someone who can do better job.

I was so disappointed I usually never put review but right now this deserve, I ordered with doordash 2 fricata burger was no cook the meat was almost still frozen I said no onion they put onions and listed papitas on it and no patitas on it when was listed on it. My boyfriend needed to out the meat on pan to cook it for like 10 minutes. Was pork , pork not cook are super dangerous. And got my lips swallow after one bites .. so I'm super mad cause want help local but they clearly don't care about our safety

The service in this facility completely ruins the fact I love coming here to buy the desserts.The last two times I’ve come here I’ve had terrible service.I love coming here to buy a bunch of desserts to bring to my family in Tampa, and I specifically asked the lady in the front today to place all the deserts in one box.She ended up placing most of them in a box and placed the last 3 loosely in a plastic bag and within the first 2 minutes they got completely ruined because the lid came off and when I asked for a box she seemed super annoyed even after I showed her what had happened.100% will not be coming back to this location.Terrible service.

They're rude, they don't pay attention to the orders or what they're putting in the bag, and everything tastes bland AF.Third order in a row where they either leave something out or screw up the cafe con leche (ordered one light and one dark, got one light and one even lighter, neither had sugar). After picking it up in person this time I see why it's such a mess. 3-4 women running back and forth yelling at each other, with the one in charge mixing up the orders personally despite the other women correcting her. Done with this place.

I bought a ham cachito around 10 PM, and it was hard as a rock underneath from carrying heat all day and the supposedly ham, totally charred. Why are they open 24 hours if they are going to sell the garbage left over from all day. By Department of Agriculture regulations, the food must be rotated every so often to ensure freshness for obvious health reasons. Well, and the customer service worse than the food.
I came here wanting a late night snack, but was very much disappointed. When I walked into the shop the staff only spoke spanish, and weren’t attentive. The girls working kept going to the back for longs periods of time and even on there phones. They then attended the people behind of us first.

I ordered a cake a week in advance, with color and flavor instructions and when it came time to pick up the order, the color was not what we had ordered and when we chopped the cake at home it was not the flavor we had ordered either. I do not recommend them because the cakes are not cheap at all and on top of that they do not fulfill the order.
