I asked for a club sandwich with the combo and both ladies bless their heart did not know how the cash register worked. They ended up charging me individually for the club sandwich and the fries and the soda, instead of doing the combo. I did not have the energy to argue over the counter. Originally one of them did not know about the combo option even though the sign was right behind her. Maybe they just need more training ?.

The cashier has zero customer service skills. I asked her if they give out crackers with the croquetas and she gave me the nastiest look as if I told her something offensive. Really strange interaction.

The service today was good, I was looking for American type coffee, which there isn't, but they offered me options and they prepare the coffee with milk well, I recommend it. The atmosphere has rustic furniture, which is fine, but they deserve maintenance and restoration. Otherwise, if you need a stop on your trip, it is a good option.

I had a disappointing experience at Pinecrest Bakery in South Miami this morning. Despite placing a pickup order 30 minutes in advance for a pan con tortilla and a cafe con leche without sugar, they had no record of my order upon arrival. The manager, Lilian, was unapologetic and suggested I must have ordered from another location. After showing proof, she dismissed it as a mistake and claimed it wasn't a big deal, even implying I should wait additional time so they can prepare my food. When I requested a corporate number, Lilian insisted I leave an online review instead. After I left, she even dared to call me back, obviously getting my number from the original order she claimed I never placed there, to get me to return and get my order. When I expressed how disrespectful it was that she had no appreciation for my time and had yet to apologize, she rudely hung up on me in midsentence. This lack of accountability, disregard for my time, and rude entitlement left a negative impression, and I would not recommend this location to others. I am planning never to spend one penny in Pinecrest Bakery ever again. This was not the first bad customer service experience I have endured at this location.

Pinecrest bakery is so good! This was my first time coming to this location in South Miami and it was nice and quaint. You have to take a ticket when you first come in with your number on it. I ordered the tostada with ham and cheese and it was so good! The cheese was perfectly melted and added pickles. I also ordered croquetas de la casa which were tasty and packed with that good ham inside. I also ordered a preparadito which has ham and cheese in a pastry puff and also ordered a tequeno! Love it all.

Went got a breakfast . Ordered a full breakfast for $8.99 . The full breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs with bits of ham, potatoes , Cuban toast & cafe con leche which is the Cuban version of coffee ( mix of warm milk with expresso) as described. They served breakfast only to disappoint. The breakfast was small amount of scrambled eggs with curly fries that seem to have come out of a frozen bag . The Cuban toast hardly had butter and cut to half the size of a normal Cuban toast . The cafe. Con leche was made a few minutes after the plate of scrambled with curlies was given . Meaning the breakfast was cold by the time coffee /milk cafe con leche was given . The couple of meat pastries added were $6 .With Hispanic decent this is not what you can really call Cuban or Hispanic. The service people don’t speak English . When you sit down to eat you realize there’s a freezer full of beers and a lg rack full of wines .Sadly this is what they choose to portray as a Cuban Bakery . Folks this not a typical authentic Cuban Bakery. This is a shameful imitation.Breakfast was close to $30 and it was definitely nothing to write home about . This is commercial chain imitation of what a Hispanic Cuban Bakery .I should have paid attention to the fact a bakery should not be in the business of selling beer & wineObviously a current Cuba mentality of serving beer w/ breakfastDennys would have been a better choice as at this place the Hispanic Cuban experience is sold expensive & not the real dealAmericans walk away with the wrong impression of what a Real Cuban Bakery is like . Sadly

Went to the 67th avenue location and asked for a ham and cheese empanada. What I got was laughable!
