Delivery?what delivery,don't order delivery if your in a second floor I was busy fixing something in my house, he calls us says he can't get out cause they will tow his white Toyota Corolla while I'm looking out thru the window he's telling me this i see two parking spots open and free while im getting out hes coming towards me the guy looks like he needed the exercise anyways he looks like he ate pizza hut, anyways with that attidude he gave me i told him dont worry ill go down.. yet people want tips. Well, I just ordered pizza here for the first time, let's see when it arrives, and now I just realized that they charged me for the pizza 3 times, my God, what a lack of respect and I still call, they hang up on me, I'm going to sue them for being shameless

I was in line waiting to be attended to.And when a boy did it he was rudeHe said that they no longer served pick-up beingI understand the rules but many times you cannot pay the delivery feeIt would be good if they changed the delivery time!! Empathy needs the worldThank you
would not recommend this place. they wouldnt deliver my pizza to new york?? I really dont understand why the employes didnt have chicken as a topping.. most stupid place ever. i tried to buy it with my currency, bomboclat coins. unless you want them to get your order wrong dont come here.

Sadly, customer service left a lot to be desired. I ordered a large chicken pizza and two 2 liter bottles of Pepsi. Delivery driver first tried to tell me I had not ordered any Pepsi, then said they had given him only 1 bottle and he would bring me the other. I trusted him and paid $25.00 for the $22.08 ordered (I included a tip.) I also called restaurant immediately and was assured they would send the missing Pepsi. After an hour I called again to check on status, and after I identified myself the call was dropped.I like Pizza Hut. I enjoyed the pizza. But I did not receive what I paid for, and that turned me off from ordering from pizza hut again.The order was at about 7:25 pm, 09-14-2023, from store at 33 Ave and coral way, Miami, Florida 33134. It was delivered at approximately 7:55 pm with the missing Pepsi.

Can't even contact pizza hut through app to complain about my pizza being 30 mins late and the store empty. Workers in the back chit chatting. Manager lies to me about my order when obviously they were too busy talking in the back. Then I see her send someone to make the order from scratch...
