She answered the phone and was leaning on the fridge while customers were waiting all while answering questions of the customer on the phone when we had been waiting. I know the owner would be dissatisfied with the way she was handling customers if he/she was here.

Appetizing, mouthwatering pizza & very friendly staff. The cheese and dough was fresh and excellent quality. The hours are perfect for anyone with a case of the late night munchies, even on the weekdays. Definitely my new go-to spot off Biscayne Bayfront Park! Boasts a lovely seating area outside & the menu offers a large variety of pizzas ++ toppings. Absolutely thrilled this delicious pizza spot is located conveniently right downstairs from my condo unit! I'll definitely be here often.

I've tried to order deliver from this spot twice now. The first time two hours passed and still no pizza, I tried calling and the call was declined each time. Eventually I just drove to the restaurant and they had no idea what order I was talking about even tho I paid for it already. They made my pizza and it was good pizza just not worth the hassle. The second time another hour and a half passed so I called again and got an answer. This time they tell me the pizza has been ready for 20 minutes but they are waiting on the delivery driver. I understand this may not be their fault but this situation could have been managed better. Because of this I received a cold pizza.

Poor service and communication I ordered delivery they sent me a caprese salad with diced tomatoes then when I brought it back they told me they ran out of tomato slices... why not call an communicate with the customer before sending something they wouldn't want.. the salad was also watery. I was told nothing could be done to correct the order because I ordered through Ubereats. The wings are were under cooked. Horrible.

I really enjoy the pizza! It's been delectable! Their thin crust was the crispest I'd ever eaten, and it was loaded with toppings and spices. We enjoyed the cheesiest and most wonderful pizza of our lives yesterday. This place is fantastic! I even had my family pick it up so they could experience the finest pizza in town.

It's a fun spot to go for a bite to eat with the family. They were incredible. They provide excellent customer service. They also had a fantastic pizza, a true hand-cooked pizza. It's a really cool setting. While we waited for our pizzas, the waitress gave my youngster a dough ball to play with. You provide an excellent service!

Terrible place. Plastic wings and 7 Eleven style pizza. We ordered late night and were disgusted just by the look of the pizza and wings. Tasted even worst than it looked.
How does a restaurant send out UNDERCOOKED FOOD. Which is exactly what I just received. Also paid extra for topping) they didnt even add it... ok. For a restaurant in downtown miami this is so disappointing and disgusting.

The pizza by the slices equate to 6 small squared slices. Definitely hits the spot on a late night when no other restaurants are open. It gave me "frozen pizza" vibes in a good way. It wasn't greasy or too doughy; it was just right.

They've even got physical places where you can eat wherever you want! They make fresh dough every day and deliver the best pizza in town every time. We placed an order with them, and it was delivered to our location. The pizza is still hot and the crust is fresh when it arrives, despite the fact that it was delivered. It had to be the best pizza in the neighborhood.
