Waiting time no matter how many customers there were. Shift change without cashier or manager. Bad faces. Even a police officer complaining. I don't usually give bad reviews but they don't care at all. 10 minute wait to pay. Recommendation Manager batteries affects your performance and standby times. Nobody worried about anything.

1st time at this restaurant didn’t know that I had to speak Spanish to get service. Girl at the window said no chicken I asked how long it would be she said pull around. Get to the window and the nasty man she brought to the window repeated no chicken I said how long he smacked his lips and said 15 minutes didn’t offer to provide any other info or substitutions

We went several times before, but yesterday was the worst. We used the QR to receive the order as quickly as possible and they didn't even notice the request (hanging on the order machine). 3 people ordered after us and left before with their food... Upon asking them to check our order, they quickly prepared it (as they should have done), leaving drinks, sauces and desserts out of the order. We told them again that the drinks were missing. The sauces were never delivered, and out of discomfort and disgust we forgot to order the desserts. They need to pay more attention to the counter service (at the Drive-In they are perfect)
