This establishment has really went down. The lobby area wasn't clean,and the atmosphere is vanilla!!! I guess bc,there is more prioritize into the drive-thru service than there is for the walk-in customers???!!!Wheelchair accessibility: There isn't a push button for the door to open for wheelchair applicants!!!

I love pollo tropical. Service? I don’t think so. I just ordered food for two and they were unable to provide 1 cilantro sauce???? We asked for it she said there is no more, how is no more? In the whole place? Seriously? I don’t believe that. It’s a $50 order like why it’s so hard provide 2 sauces? If this lady wasn’t lying then managers should be aware of restocking the cilantro sauce it’s actually one of the best part of getting pollo tropical, the food it’s pointless without. Please advise if you are short in budget and no providing sauce anymore so we won’t stop by pollo ever again then :)

This spot is perfect for a fast and tasty meal. We tried it years ago in Puerto Rico, and it was wonderful to return and savor those same delicious flavors. Despite living on the west coast, we couldn't resist coming back.
