This pollo tropical is at a very convenient location. If you are in Coral Gables feeling hungry and don’t want to over spend this is one of the few places that will guarantee a steady price. Is open until 12am now and even on holidays. The drive through service is not the best but not bad enough to complain. The food was exquisite, the place is a little ordinary, and the service was not bad but they can improve, like pointing out some things, they did not give us cutlery or napkins and we had to ask for them, otherwise it was fine

We did not have to wait to order or be seated. The food prices are reasonable and the restaurant was clean. The food was so tasty. I had the grilled chicken wrap, the steak bowl, fries, flan, and a Cuban sandwich. All were perfectly delicious! Highly recommend!
