This store 2563 is very unprofessional. The manager is very rude no customer service skills at all I'm hungry and she was not willing to serve me with the doors being opened telling me to go get in the drive thru line after I was already inside for 10 minutes. Please get new workers

The young lady who was working the drive thru on 03/06/24 at around 5:30 pm was very unprofessional. She would not allow me to recap my order and interrupted me throughout the entire process of making my order. She was not willing to assist and was not patient enough to listen and take my order properly. Because she was so rude, I ended up cancelling my entire order, I don't think you should spend your hard earned money on poor customer service. Especially when we have so many other options. It's sad to see how management is stuck hiring unprofessional people just to keep the business afloat not realizing how those people are also affecting their profits.

After 40 min wait for 3 piece tender they rudely tell me I have to wait for tenders because they are cold and need to fry them and can’t even tell me how long that’s going to take.
