I give it one star. They sold me a beef soup that needed a knife to cut the meat.

Probe una baleada de carne un día y estuvo muy rica y después regresé. Será la última vez que apoyo a estas personas. They were extremely rude to me when I called and told them what happened. This is what they sent on a to go order and we had to go back without a car to return the item or else I wouldn’t be given a refund. The lady on the phone who claimed to be the manager was so disrespectful. They all need customer service training.

The place gets filled with obnoxious cops in the mornings talking loudly like always to get attention. I knew l wasn't going to enjoy my breakfast quietly so l did take out at the last moment. There was the option of eating outside. That's much better.Parking: Gets crowded by motormen and cop cars. You can park on the street as well.

We were staying nearby and Rinconcito was in walking distance. SO GLAD we stumbled upon this place. It was hopping with business both dine in and carry out. The staff was friendly and helpful. Even a regular stepped up and offered to help with translation. (Which was not needed as our waitress spoke plenty of English). We got the Cuban sandwich which was okay. The stars of our meal were the bean and cheese papusas and steak quesadilla. Both were delicious. Great portion sizes for the price. Building/place itself is fairly bare bones but the food and staff made up for it. 10/10 would return, might come back this trip for more!

I bought two tripe soups and two pupusas and the thin tasteless soup seemed like they had run out and they added more water, the burnt pupusas tasteless, paying 40 dollars just to throw away the

Laid back setting in Miami with delicious Latin food. In and out seating, friendly service.

I think it's not very good for people to work with their hair down. I don't like the obligatory tip. I don't like that because I don't see the reviews first, but I won't go back. The food is good, but greeting customers with a kiss and shaking hands and After going to serve you I think that is not very hygienic...tourist looking for somewhere to eat

I've been getting the same order for about 4 years already and they just recently up the price by double 2 baliadas with eggs and French fries I was getting for $10 and now it $20. Crazy rip off not good.

I only order 1 thing quite often on uber eats for my son who loves the vaca frita but every time i go get my order its never ready even if i go later than the time it says. The service is horrible! 3 women at the window can look at me in my face but not have the decency to say “ill be right there or give me a minute” they just continue to talk like a customer isn’t there.. multiple times where they say my order isn’t ready then make me wait and apparently never saw my bag with my name which was right behind them the whole time.. i never wrote a review but today i picked up my food and received someones left overs as well.. that’s disgusting! the lady on the phone said “this happens sometimes with our uber orders it gets mistaken for the other plates” im sorry what? Idk what their procedures are for discarding leftovers but i can understand if i mistakenly got someone else’s order but leftovers?? To my understanding people’s leftovers should get thrown out as soon as they are done…
