Great service and great salad selections. I enjoyed my Ceaser Salad and will definitely be back each time I’m in town for vacation. My new spot to eat at.

Loved it. I cant wait to go back. If I live closer I would go everyday. Its amazing the amount of choices to build your salad. So many different sauces. Great portion. Actually huge portion. This is not just any salad. The chicken was soooo good. The place is clean. The atmosphere when you go inside is so friendly. The way the arrange the ingredients. Im in love. Go give it a try.!!!

Don't usually write reviews to complain, but this warrants it. I ordered the "Alaska" which is supposed to have smoked salmon. I didn't notice the employee put any in, so I asked about it and he assured me he did. I figured I must have missed seeing it when he did, so I took him at his word and let it go. I get back to my hotel room and....no smoked salmon in the salad.

Have eaten here many times and never again. They did not have an item for my salad and continued to call me 4 times (voicemail left) while I am at work. I finally get salad and it is incorrect. I walk to the restaurant and the guy is telling me that its right and he does not know if I can have a refund because they did what I asked. Super rude and dismissive. I will never eat there again.

The guy with lenses was very unpleasant, they say that close at 9, but NO, you have to do your order at 8:40 or they will tell you with everything still there ready to make a salad that they can’t! Unless you ask for Uber eat??! And if you do so at 8:50 you won’t get it even if you order it because they will close before your Uber gets here!!!I understand when you have to work all day, in a job that probably you don’t like, but is the job, and we as a customer don’t are the one to blame because you are tired! Is very frustrating

Usually see $15+ salads in San Francisco, but was pleasantly surprised to see $11 salads that were enormous and very tasty. If you're looking to get some vegetables on your vacation, would highly recommend this place!

If been eating there almost every day for a few months now, salad is delicious and fresh. I just wish it was organic. But beside that it’s perfect.Also , I wish there was an iPad where I could reorder my salad quickly instead of everyday repeating my choices. But it’s okay.

Great place I just recently discovered. Friendly staff with good recommendations as to items they could add to your salad. Just a nice experience I had when I came here. They've earned a repeat customer and I don't even eat salad all that often. I will be now! Generous portions too!

I stopped by at salad box tonight. Placed an order and when it came to paying, I randomly remembered that I’ve had a lot of messages from Salad box inviting me back to redeem my special offer, which was supposed to take 10$ off my order. I followed the link and there was what you can see in the picture attached. I asked the members of stuff and they told me that they don’t know any codes. Dear management, if you dare to constantly spam to your customers, please make sure your stuff knows the codes. Good luck.

I love this place. Great food. The employees have no idea what's going on. Ordered online came to pick up and the guy is in the back watching paint dry. No one received my order even though I paid for it already. After he calls who knows who for 15 min trying to find my order. Waste of time I left
