Food was good. Service was horrible. Waiter had an attitude, rude and tried to upsell us everytime. Even charged us $25 to cut a cake without letting us know. When asked about it, they said we charge because if u have your own cake u wont order dessert. Charged us to share plates. Charged us $4 for each basket of bread.... yet we didn't order it. And they have like 4 different "taxes and fees" Very unfriendly. Service means more than the taste of food. Won't be coming back. That's for sure. Oh almost forgot, waiter tried to over charge me $100.

The Food was great, the service was attentive but way too much, they would pull your plate and we were not even done with are meals, make sure that if you decide to want to celebrate your birthday to double check your receipt they have extra charges for everything, they charged us $25 to cut the cake and they never mentioned it to us at all. I am not being cheap but be direct with your customers.. And to top it off at the end of are meals when it came time to pay they wanted to over charge my brother and his wife.. The Family was very unhappy with the decision to celebrate my Mothers Birthday here, If whoever reading this review if you want a bad experience and not a professional staff, and get robbed in your face go to Sabatore they will truly leave you not wanting to go back just has we are not going to go back. ..... NOT Recommended at All...

Little or no definition to food flavors. My wife had chicken carciofi, a bit tough. I had linguine a la Norma, had to ask for some chili flakes to enhance flavor. Ate there before, was much better. House wine, an Argentinian Malbec, was ok, reasonably priced, nothing to repeat.

Hi Went to Salvatore for the first time. Told the owner it was our first time. Took 15 to be acknowledged had to ask for a waiter. Did not have the wine I ordered. Ordered the octopus it was O k. Ordered the most expensive item 2 the Lobster with pasta $89 each. An hour went by no food, the waiter kept apologizing the owner came said soon. After 1 and 20 minute got our lobster. Took one taste and I knew it was super frozen, not fresh . It look like a good size lobster but it tasted like absolutely nothing. $89 and you get a frozen lobster no taste. Make it smaller but fresh. Did they offer anything in consideration for 1 hour and 20 min delay No! Check your bill it had $9 of some fee and $3 of other taxes. I don't mind paying $375 for a nice dinner with great food and great service . This dinner had neither.

Went for Aunts birthday and atmosphere was amazing very nice place. Unfortunately it is just decent food not bad but definitely not great so pretty good. Terrible for price plus all additional fees. A supplemental fee which is a credit card fee, sharing fee on all checks due to sharing napkins butter bread etc etc never heard of this before. Waiter didn't know either so I asked the owner. Additional 1% tax which I never heard of but if it goes to homeless people I won't be back Owner is very nice though

Be immersed in Italy in suburbia Miami. As authentic as can be. The flavors of Italy without the jet lag.Kid-friendliness: Our 4 year old son was very happy with his food and wants to go back.

We enjoyed a shared soup, dessert and coffee in a luxurious atmosphere. I'm looking forward to a cool evening and eating canoli and drinking cappuccino at their outdoor bistro tables.

This place has a classic old school ambiance to it. Located in a shopping center an inconspicuously hidden gem. I made reservations for dinner last night, we were a party of 10 celebrating the wife's birthday. As old school as they maybe, the menus are on iPads that they had out. Wait staff was prompt with bringing bread to the table and taking drink orders. After some time that we were settled in, waiter came around explaining the days specials and asking if we had any question regarding the menu. He promptly took our order, I order Arancini for app and Chicken Piccata for main meal (I have been on a hunt for a good chicken piccata). The wife ordered her favorite Fiocchi pasta of Pear and Gorgonzola. She ordered the house croquettes as an app. The app came and the arancini was good, shared with brother n law and sister n law and that really liked the flavor. The croquettes w wire definitely house made, nice texture and flavor. My Chicken Piccata was good, filet was not too thick, sauce was not too sour and not a thick build of corn starch either, my side of pasta could have been a bit warmer. My wife loved here Fiocchi pasta, I tried a piece of hers and it had a nice flavor. Pasta was filled with pear and the sauce was of gorgonzola with broccoli florets. Oh wait let me not forget the cannoli, oh boy.... NO B.S here.... This has to be the best damn cannoli that I have had in a long while. So you can understand my cannoli expertise; I grew up in an Italian neighborhood outside Chicago, bro-n-law is Italian, my friend owns an Italian bakery in Chicago ( IL Giardino del Dolce) and have travelled to Italian having had the best cannoli in my opinion when we visited San Gimignano. Hidden gem of a joint !

Well was here ounce years ago. It was a great experience then. Fast forward to now as an adult and i loved it even more. First the ambience . The place is incredible. Its in a mall with small businesses very normal and grocery store etc.. the window and door just has the name and then you walk in and you are transported into a new world. Wow i mean dim light wine staging everywhere and cabinets plus even a couch waiting area all very well decorated and with italian taste. A bar is here just as impressive. We sat in a table and were shocked by the table setting romantic Italian so sheik. The menu is vast and Jose our server who was awesome told us delicious specials. We ordered the Italian spiral sausage very good loved it juicy and properly cooked so good . No rush here we ordered two rounds of drinks then a bottle of their incredible wine list. Good prices and something for everyone. I ordered the veal chop which was perfectly cooked and huge good for 2 people for sure w some linguini and sauce . Wow soft veal and good cheese hot melted perfectly prepared. My wife ordered the Seabass with the sauce that almost made me faint . Now we have ordered this in other restaurants private Seasons Mortons etc.. it is possibly the most delicious item i have tasted this year and so on . My goodness perfectly cooked flaky not too much and the sauce hot wow i mean its a ten! We had canoli and Limoncello flute for dessert and after dinner sambucca . The service is impeccable. The manager owners and server were always there said hello ask how we were i mean they made us feel so special. This is truly a restaurant gem that is i have to say the best!

This restaurant is a gem in Miami! Every part of dining in Salvatore is perfection! From the attentive, professional and kind staff, to the ambiance inside the restaurant, to the delicious food and drinks, this restaurant is a MUST fine dining experience in Miami. My family and I look forward to dining again in Salvatore! Perhaps my daughter’s comment encapsulates our experience the best, “Mommy, I feel like a princess. This is amazing.” Make your reservation! The photos I included feature the following delectable menu items: lasagna, the champagne risotto with halibut, homemade tiramisu and orange sorbet.
