Drive up here morning or afternoon and get some great quick homemade style Cuban food. Mostly sandwiches like pan con bistec, fritas, bacon egg and cheese, crouquetta preparada, etc. they also have hot food that they say changes daily. I have not tried. I have had their sandwiches and their Colombian empanadas which are both good. Prices are not bad.
This is the best place to get authentic Cuban food! Every time we are in Miami, we have to stop at The Sandwich King for a Cuban! Alberto is an AWESOME CHEF! Don't forget to get a Cuban Coffee while you are there!
