Cozy ambiance and yummy food! I came here for an early dinner with my mom around 5pm on a Saturday- this is a great place to take a parent. It has a bit of a classic old school restaurant vibe. We shared the endive salad, I had the scallops and she had the octopus. The food took a bit longer than expected to come out (maybe 25 min for the entrees) but it was ok because it's such a nice place to sit and enjoy a glass of wine. The food was delicious, the endive salad was a standout to me because it was so uniquely presented.

Sapore Di Mare is one of my favorite restaurants in Coconut Grove, and the closest thing to Italy that you can get outside of Italy. Their cheese bowl truffle pasta is out of this world. The authentic food and high quality ingredients don't come with a cheap price tag, but it is still a wonderful place to dine. They have live music and ocean themed decor, which fits the nautical vibe. Our server was attentive and made sure that we had everything we needed at all times.

Unfortunately I was there today after good reviews. And I was completely disappointed. To begin the bread was stale and hard. Tastes old. The appetizers were no good. We ordered 2 and they tasted so bad. For entrees we got the famous Cacio e Pepe and the lobster ravioli and it was terribly disappointing. . The ravioli tasted like it had been there for so long and the lobster was frozen “ fresh”. Don’t know what is the fuss about this place. I do NOT. recommend this place to be an authentic Italian place.

Vicenzo and the team were awesome. Felt being at home without being at home.My only thing was spaghetti alle vongole, could have been a little better, a little too watery, knowing that my taste buds are Italian - Napoletana but it was good.I highly recommend it regardless, a touch of Italy, in Miami.? ?

The fried calamari and short rib lasagna and spaghetti with clams were all amazing and the service was friendly and attentive with a proper Italian accent. Definitely a Coconut Grove favorite.

We were greeted at the restaurant with a very nice welcome and escorted to a table in the back. The service was amazing. The food was incredible. It was such a great experience. The steak was cooked to perfection. The noodles were wonderful. The dessert was exquisite. Overall, it was a grand experience!

The perfect food all very delicious, but I have a complaint that is actually not general for the whole service, I made a reservation for 7:10 under my name I arrived just in time and after sitting at table #14 it passed almost 45 minutes later for them to take my order, not happy with this the waitresss after paying the check emphasizes me that the tip is not included, something that I already knew but I left her what I consider worth the 45 minutes that I had to wait to be attended.. I am not to leave reviews but her last comment was out of place ...

Everything is wonderful, delicious, incredible.The Parmesan pasta and the lobster ravioli are a delight.Only the music takes out a bit of context and atmosphere. It's weird: country… rock… it kind of doesn't fit.

This Food at this restaurant is mouth watering, the staff have a thorough knowledge of each food dish being served, they are very hospitable and welcoming. Sapore De Mare definitely serves authentic Italian Sea Food at its finest. Certainly worth going back for more.

This spot was delicious! It was recommended through a coworker and did not disappoint we had a prosciutto 9/10, cacio e Pepe 9/10 and a brisket over risotto 7/10. Over all it was a great experience and very authentic like.

I was only here for about 45 mins and I loved every minute of it. Came in 15 mins til closing and asked for food to go (to be conscious of closing staff). The lady yelled like, “why are you doing that?! You eat here!” I’m glad they wanted us to stay. It’s a very homey atmosphere if you have a big loud family, and the food is absolutely amazing!! The customers were having a ball, and you would never know that they were pretty much closed.

È proprio come mangiare in Italia! Oh, sorry, thought I was in Italy for a second there... this place is absolutely legit! I just moved to Coconut Grove and I'm thrilled to have this gem so close by. I can't express how amazing my seafood with spaghetti was! The broth is worthy of just stopping and thanking the ocean and chef for the combined effort and skill to bring this dish together. Then there's the pasta itself which was absolutely perfect. Not just "Al dente" as everyone knows it should be, it was a beautiful color and the perfect chew. The dish also came out blazing hot and kept its heat while my partner and I enjoyed. She had the short rib ravioli and I could tell from the first bite that she went to heaven, actually, make that Tuscany! The other thing this place gets right is the warm, inviting hospitality that is at the core of Italian culture. Well done, Sapore di Mare... e auguri!
