Bland flavors. Small portions. Very expensive. Only one server for 10 tables. Not coming back, ever.

I was really excited to try this restaurant based on the reviews but i guess i should’ve payed attention to the one star reviews. When i called to order, an employee answered extremely rudely. However, i tried to give the restaurant a shot. The kebab “platter” is the size of a child’s meal. It came with extremely small 4 pieces of meat of your choosing. They didn’t give me the salad that i ordered and on top of that, the lamb was raw in the middle. When i called the restaurant to complain they were extremely unhelpful.

The food was amazing and the service was friendly. There is a large selection of very good Lebanese wines and other goods. Love it!

Shaddai's food is good, but ordering takeout from them has been a bit of a gamble at the best of times. Our most recent order forced me to write this particular review. They forgot our Mjadarrah on this occasion, which isn't too serious a mistake. And the reception when I went to pick up the food was a little cold, too, but I don't mind that myself. The more troublesome part is what they feel are good portion sizes for plates they charge over 10 dollars for. The picture attached is of my mom's chicken kebab order. For $11.10, the four (I counted) dry nugget-sized bits of chicken we received atop an oversized mountain of rice feels pretty insulting. I don't see any way how that price gets us that amount of food. It's like this kebab was cooked on a single toothpick. I'm taking off more stars for that in particular, because this isn't the first time they do this. I don't fault a restaurant for mix-ups - but I do fault them heavily for trying to bilk customers. This is a shame, because Shaddai is otherwise our most conveniently located Lebanese food place around. I'd happily continue giving this place my business if this aspect of their service improves. You may have more luck eating in - but I don't think I should be getting less out of my purchase just because I'm doing takeout.

I drove all the way there during rush hour with some friends and family and to my dismay found a sign on the door saying the place was closed due to vacation. Glad you’re able to go on vacation.Would be nice for you to update your information so people don’t waste their time and gasoline. ?

I have been coming here for years. The food is absolutely amazing quality and for a very good price. I love the beef and chicken shish-kabobs and gyros!! Also the grape leaves are delicious! Highly recommend!

What a letdown. This place has been on my radar to try for a while now. So we finally did a GrubHub order to try it out. Maybe it was because it was later in the evening? But the food was just not as fresh as I had hoped for. The Greek Salad was the major let down of the order. I would have much preferred them telling us that it ran out instead of delivering a large tin filled with soggy lettuce swimming in its own liquid. They didn't even include dressing but it was so wet it didn't need it. The beans in the Foul Medames on the other hand had quite hard skins to them. It wasn't a bad dish but the beans needed more time. In fact I recooked them the next morning into another dish and they were good. The Shaddai Veggie Platter was solid. Not special but certainly edible. The Yogurt Cucumber Salad was more dip than salad. Again not remarkable but not bad. In all, it was probably one and done for me with Shaddai. There are too many other places to try. Maybe if we had ordered food earlier it would have been better, but then if they can't serve good food later they need to close earlier. Sorry...

Service from Micheal was very nice and friendly- the food was okay- nothing spectacular. Not a place we would likely go back and visit. The market had a lot of expired food items- that made us nervous. I am a vegan- and ordered two vegetarian platters which they were kind enough to allow me to substitute. The mjedra consists of cooked lentils together with rice and garnished with sautéed onions, was greasy and over cooked. Dina did not like her chicken kabob. The pickles were outstanding and honestly the best part of the meal.
