I don’t know who I’m more surprised by, the children they have working behind the counter, or the incompetent employer (didn’t know what was in a gladiator smoothie) with a clearly bad judgement of character.

I have never received such horrible service like I did in the Subway on Old Cutler and this place I suffer from depression and take medication and mild autism and anxiety disorder this employee thought he was so funny bullying me and the manager there too well everyone knows you bullied me I will not be spending my money in this place anymore and I don't recommend anyone who has any sorts of disability to come to this place because they abuse of the mentally disabled like me

this is almost laughable, and i'm actually having a hard time not laughing writing this, but the service is so, so very terrible. first off the whole place smells like a bathroom. walked in with my partner and sister and we were not acknowledged once, the girl and guy working were clearly in the middle of a conversation with their coworker who was off that day, and were too busy to greet i suppose. when we were finally addressed it wasn't until after we ordered and paid that the girl told us there was absolutely no sugar available. not a big deal, just thought that could've been mentioned earlier. they proceed to take an unnecessarily long time to prepare two smoothies as they were spending more time tending to online orders than the five customers in their store, nonetheless we were patient but the priority for customers is outright nonexistent- and the smoothies weren't fully blended. overall the service is awful, place smells, and quality is not something you'll find here unfortunately.

Whoever the manager of this location is should be ashamed of themselves. Two kids working alone getting slammed with crazy traffic. You need at least one other person working there weekends. Both those dudes should quit and leave that place in the managers hands. Really poor management.

This was an all around bad experience. I thought the reviews were just unhappy people boy was i wrong. Customer service just isn’t a thing here. For whatever reason they are always out of key ingredients. I definitely wouldn’t recommend

I have the same sentiments and experienced the same awful service as the previous customers noted before. But my review will be on the actual drink…Today will be the 3rd nonconsecutive visit to this location where I order my usual, “The Nutty Supergrain” and once again (at this location) I am being served a smoothie w/missing ingredients and these folks have the gall to make an “as is” smoothie w/out even mentioning that they are short milk or bananas and barely add but 1-2 sprits of an ingredient. If I am not watching and or simply walk out w/out tasting my smoothie I’d be deceived and cheated a drink that I did not pay for. Today it occurred again and this time it seems that they “forgot” to add milk…but when asked to pls remake it, I was given an attitude. As a customer thats not needed nor appreciated. Nowadays being able to got out and spend as much as a $10 on smoothie its a luxury and deserve to get what I asked and pay for. These kids either need better training or need not be hired as they are taking this job for granted…both the business and customers suffer.

To the new management at smoothie king:I wanted to bring this to attention some concerning behavior I observed during my recent visits to Smoothie King, specifically related to one of your employees, Gabe. Unfortunately, I've witnessed unprofessional conduct, including the use of explicit language, vaping on the premises, putting feet on counters, and discussing inappropriate topics.Furthermore, Gabe appears to be distributing free items to certain customers, creating an uncomfortable and unwelcoming atmosphere. I believe it's crucial for management to address this situation promptly to maintain the reputation of Smoothie King.I trust that you will take the necessary steps to ensure a positive and professional environment for all customers. If these issues persist, I may have to escalate the matter by involving health inspectors and bringing it to the attention of higher authorities.To the locals of Palmetto Bay, AVOID THIS PLACE.

I am shocked at the bad smell in this place. And it was filthy. The floors were black, the walls had scum and dirt everywhere. I will never come back.

Use to ve so good, change in staff and ownership and now the smoothies are undrinkable. Ive given it three visits and ive had to throw each one in the garbage after two sips. No trainung and a staff that doesnt care. I will never go back. Just go 1 mile north on US 1 and there is another one that is consistant in Smoothie Kings culture

Never coming here again. The second I walked In I was yelled at asking "WHAT YOU WANT? WHAT? YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU WANT YET?" When I asked the employee why he had an attitude he claimed I was the one with the attitude, so I just turned around and walked out. There's so many options for smoothies now that I can easily say I will never come back to this store and neither should you. This experience has turned me off to the entire Smootie king franchise as a whole.

This establishment should be closed. I only came as its across from the childrens dentist and they needed something cold . Its filthy, staff is always have full on fights like in a ghetto and they cant even remember your order . Pants on the ground attire doesn't cut it.

I decided to give the spot a second chance because it's on my way to work every day and I can see they really upped there game! they really cleaned it up .Now there's friendly lady employees that greet you and are much nicer ! Great job !! Very different atmosphere .

Ordered curbside pick up and nobody came out with my order. I called they picked up and then disconnected their phone line. I went inside and they made my order in a hurry my bowl looked like garbage, I didn’t eat it, waste of time and money

The person making my smoothie coughed and sneezed and didn't wash his hands and continue to make my bowl and I thought that was very disgusting
