ive been going to smoothie spot locations since 2016 and have never had a complaint until today at the new location in doral west: usually they are very generous with pours at other locations when it comes to bowls but today i ordered two small bowls and they were half way empty. the server would barely serve one full scoop and was not interactive at all. the chicken itself was sooo dry, at other locations the chicken is juicy and fresh. i would not recommend this location.

I visited the Hialeah smoothie spot and was so excited to see that they opened one near me in Doral. The food was great but unfortunately the service was rushed and the women serving my food were rude. Making customers feel comfortable and welcoming should be their top priority, especially if they’re new to the restaurant.

I just had a wrap from Smoothie Spot in Doral West and wow. It was so fresh, good quantity. Absolutely delicious. To make it better the service was great! I loved the vibe in the restaurant and it's a great place to work for a bit if you need it. Definitely going back and recommended it to everyone in my office.

Went to buy an acai and they didn’t have strawberry’s or granola… i ordered it instead because i believe that it would be good. The price came out to $17 dollars for a small acai with just bananas and blueberries… The acai was given to me water downed and not frozen at all. Because it’s water down it has no flavor what’s so ever. It’s like eating acai soup .Although the environment and customer service was great the food itself was not. sadly i would not recommend this place if your planning on getting an acai bowl. Go to menchies next door instead.
