The customer service here is terrible. The manager was horrible and unprofessional and very Rude and disregarded my concerns as a customer. The workers are not presentable . I ordered through drive through drive through but went inside because my order was incorrect and everyone did not look clean or presentable . Not even the manager. The employees were scared to assist me as a customer because they were scared of the manager . The manager would not give me a refund even though it’s posted on the receipt after you pay not posted anywhere before you pay. And because of the staffs uncleanliness I did not feel comfortable eating the food . Eat here at your own discretion.

I place an order at this restaurant and spent over $50. When I got home I noticed that my food had a long strand of hair in it. I called the number on my receipt but the mailbox was full. I do not have a vehicle or else I would’ve just taken it back. I lost my appetite for the rest of the evening. Waste of money and time. Highly disappointed.

Good fish! The fish is considerably cooked well. However, I think they've cornered the Lemon Pepper market. Like Frank's red hot sauce, they put Lemon Pepper on everything, even desert.
They briskly told me everything was in the bag but it wasn’t. I want my friend Oreos… I tried to call and the number doesn’t work. Either refund me please ($8 plus tax) or give them to me next time.

Typical wait time for drive through seafood( 15-20mins)I came about 5 years ago and liked the lemon pepper on my chicken. I came tonight and ordered lemon pepper seasoning. It’s $1.61 for a small condiment cup.$1.61 is outrageous like .50, .65 is more acceptable. If the cashier hadn’t been so nice I would have asked that she refund me.FYI Amazon sells this lemon pepper powder the brand is called sprinkle - on.
