I ordered an iced coffee. The cashier told me she couldn't make an iced coffee. I saw iced drinks being served, I saw coffee being served, I just didn't get it. She told me she could make one in some roundabout way, but all I wanted to hear was sure, we can pour coffee over ice for you.When I finally got my drink, it was the wrong size. Floor manager decides right in front of everyone to berate the cashier for not paying attention.The price I paid her was consistent with the drink I ordered, which I have at every Starbucks. I didn't pay for a grande, I paid for a venti. She shouldn't have been publicly scolded, especially when she didn't make the mistake - whoever made the drink did.Not the type of experience I expect at Starbucks..Parking: Small parking lot with entrance on only one side.
